Bonjour à tous !

J'ai besoin des lumières d'une bonne âme pour m'aider à résoudre ce facheux problème. Depuis quelques temps déjà, mon ordinateur se met à planter : il ne répond plus très bien (voire plus du tout) aux commandes avec parfois, un écran bleu pixellisé. Je dois à chaque fois tout fermer. Je me demande si c'est un problème de RAM et/ou une infection en sachant qu'aucun message d'erreur ne s'affiche. J'ai donc fait une analyse complète ZHPDiag : Lien CJoint.com BBcrFpC5Fcn

Mille mercis à celui qui saura l'analyser et me guider dans la marche à suivre.

* Copie le tout le texte présent dans l'encadré ci-dessous (tu le sélectionnes avec ta souris / Clique droit dessus et choisis "copier" ou fait Ctrl+C)

Puis Lance ZHPFix depuis le raccourci du bureau.

Clique sur l'icone représentant la lettre H (« coller les lignes Helper »)
- Les lignes se collent automatiquement dans ZHPFix, sinon colle les lignes
- Clique sur le bouton « GO » pour lancer le nettoyage,
- Copie/colle la totalité du rapport dans ta prochaine réponse

-> laisse travailler l'outil et ne touche à rien ...

Une fois terminée, un nouveau rapport s'affiche : copie/colle le contenu de ce dernier dans ta prochaine réponse ...

(ce rapport est en outre sauvegardé dans ce dossier > C:\Program files\ZHPDiag\ZHPFixReport.txt)

Important : s'il t'est demandé de redémarrer le PC pour finir le nettoyage, fais le de suite !.

Installer le logiciel et une fois installé cliquez sur Analyse

Laisse Internet connecté . Si tu as une anomalie mets-le rapport ici.

ok pas de soucis d'infection suite a ton premier rapport.

Dans un premier temps AVAST semble avoir un conflit donc le désinstaller et refaire une installation propre.
Prendre le désinstallateur d'Avast pour cette opération.

ensuite tu es besoin de mettre à jour certains composants je pense.
Va sur le suite constructeur de ton pc ou alors ici pour voir ce qui a besoin d'être mis à jour.

Ne pas installer de pilotes en version béta.
si tu n'est ^pas sur des pilotes à installer, mets le rapport ici et je te guiderai.
