Au fil de mes surfs, alors qu'on m'indiquait un programme pour quitter Windows ultrarapidement, je suis arrivé sur cet outil qui serait peut-être utile (en parallèle avec LSPfix ou WinSockFix) avec ses 2 fonctions : Reset TCP/IP & Repair Winsock.
