I have exactly the same problem with my server (that is also hosted with Amen). Since a few days, the headers of the messages I receive, also have the same line then yours. This started to happen after a general upgrade to several components of the server.
I think that it's a new component of qmail that is doing this, but I'm still not sure. I send you the versions I currently have on my server. Please, compare with yours and maybe together we can discover what is causing the problem.
