j ai la solution!!! j ai envoye mon rapport d erreur a microsoft (qui n'avais pas la solution mais proposait de se porter volontaire pour essayer et envoyer les resultats)qui m ont repondu ceci en anglais et CA MARCHE!!!!! In order to troubleshoot this crash, I'd like you to follow these instructions for me, and let me know if by doing so you were successfully able to eliminate this problem. 1) Please close all running instances of Internet Explorer and do the following: Click Start -> Control Panel -> double click on Internet Options. Choose the "Advanced" Tab -> find and uncheck the "Enable third party browser extensions (requires restart)" checkbox. Click "ok" to close the dialog box and accept the changes. 2) Please download and install the Microsoft Anti-Spyware Beta, here: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details...bd-dbf62eda9671 3) Open the Microsoft Anti-Spyware application and do the following: a) Click "Tools" -> "Advanced Tools" -> "System Explorers" b) In the left-hand pane, under "System", click "Shell Execute Hooks" You should see a list of items which are being allowed to run in the "shell", or explorer.exe process. c) For each process which the Microsoft Anti-Spyware beta does NOT recognize (they will have either an 'unknown' or 'hazardous' designator next to them), select it and use the "Block this Shell Execute" link in the lower right hand corner of the window to disable it. When you have done this for all unrecognized or hazardous processes, you can use the "Enable Real Time Protection" option and then close the Microsoft Anti-Spyware beta application. Kind regards, Brett Harris (Aditi Technologies) Windows Error Reporting Team (WER) a-brharr@microsoft.com voila moi mon systeme remarche apres avoir decoche la case "activer les extention tierce partie du navigateur " en francais dans option internet/avance /navigation et telecharge leur logiciel(sur le site prendre l option sans validation de produit d'origine vu qu'il necessite un active X impossible a prendre vu quele clic droit plante) et supprime deux fichiers Shell inconnus qu 'il a trouvé; apres redemarrage plus de problemes depuis 2 jours!! j espere que cela vous aidera!!

j ai exactement le meme probleme avec mon ordi portable xp home Sp2, 2.8ghz,764MO de ram, des que je clique drouit sur des fichier ou dossier ou interieur de fenetre "Ie a rencontre un probleme et doit fermer" et hop il plante je dois lancer nouvelle tache et "explorer" , avant il me met la meme fenetre avec "memoir peut pas etre "read" ou parfois "written" je ne crois pas du tout a la poussiere !! a part tout reinstaller comme le proposent systematiquemnt ma hotline super douee , y a t il qq qui connaisse se probleme , il est apparu recemnt et mem si je restaure a une date avant , il reapparais au bout de qqs temps , peut etre est ce un emise a jour du SP2 en cause? merci didier
