Et les problèmes de lecture et de compréhension ne sont-ils pas trop handicapants dans la vie courante ??? Ma question ne porte pas réellement sur w 7 mais sur la "reconnaissance instantanée" d'un disque dur SATA après son branchement. Avec XP, il me semble que c'est OK mais qu'en est il avec 7 ?

Bonjour à tous, Allant installer windows 7 sur mon PC qui possède 2 disques durs en SATA (un pour le système et les programmes, l'autre pour les données perso : musique, photos ...), j'ai essayé l'outil de transfert créé par Microsoft pour réussir la migration sans perte de données. Il m'a diagnostiqué plus de 230 Go de données (avec les 2 DD) et malheureusement mon support externe (un 3ème disque dur) ne fait que 160 Go. Je pensais donc tout simplement débrancher le 2nd SATA (celui avec les photos, musique ...) lors de l'installation de Windows 7 et le rebrancher une fois l'installation terminée. Oui mais voila ma question : la nouvelle installe va-t-elle reconnaitre le 2nd disque dur SATA dès son branchement ?? Je pense que oui puisqu'il s'agit d'une connexion SATA qui, me semble-t-il, ne nécessite pas d'installation particulière ... Me confirmez-vous cette info même si je change d'OS ????? J'espère avoir été clair (pas sûr du tout ...) D'avance merci à tous. PS : les "petites mais importantes" données perso (mail, mot de passe ...) seront bien sur transférées sur clé USB avant l'installation de windows 7.

oui, j'arrive plus loin que cette étape mais après ça plante : "Une erreur s'est produite . Le programme d'installation supprime l'ensemble ..."

J'ai installé 3.0 ... je pense que c'est ok pour lui Par contre, l'installation de 3.5 sans pare_feu et sans antivirus plante toujours au même endroit . boohhhh

Malheureusement, ce 3.0 sp2 est introuvable sur le net et le 3.0 sp1 n'est pas sur mon PC. Depuis, quelques semaines, il y a un certain temps de latence (1 sec env.) entre le moment où je clique sur une fenêtre ou une icône et le moment où elle s'affiche. Ex = deux fichiers.doc ( word) ouverts et pour passer de l'un à l'autre, il faut env. 1 sec après avoir cliquer sur la fenêtres. Avant, c'était instantané. J'ai déjà réalisé la manip : détection matériel + téléchargement drivers + tentative d'installation Mais aucun des drivers "compressés" ne veut s'installer ... Sinon, malheureusement, je ne possède pas le Cd des pilotes de ma carte-mère

C'est le driver carte réseau qui m'indique ce message. L'autre driver est tout aussi capricieux : lorsque je clique sur SETUP.EXE, il m'indique : Error Reading Setup Initialization File

Précision : le message d'erreur exacte est : Can not find target files : W2KSETUPE.EXE

suis sous windows XP Mais le double clic ne fonctionne pas ... et m'indique le message ci-dessus ...

En rentrant de vacances, tout fonctionner !!!! Avant celles-ci, j'avais fait "tes" manips mais ça ne marchait pas ... ou plutot j'avais certainement oublié de redémarrer (je sais ... j'ai honte ) Depuis tout semble OK !!! Encore merci et meilleurs voeux. Au passage, je n'arrive pas à graver avec Itunes mes playlists en gardant un dossier par album : toutes les morceaux se suivent de 001 à 100 env. C'est pénible pour passer d'un album à un autre Du coup, je fais des dossiers que je grave avec Nero ... mais y'aurait pas moyen avec Itunes ou avec un autre logiciel mp3 tout en un ??? Encore merci.
