me revoilou. Je pense que tu as fait ce qu'il fallait faire Apollo car mon PC à l'air de fonctionner correctement. Donc il me reste à te remercier encore une fois pour ta précieuse aide. Pourrais-je te demander si tu as des idées de logiciels ou autres afin de tenter de le sécuriser le plus possible ?

Oups pardon, j'avais pourtant écris que le PC avait l'air de fonctionner normalement mais j'ai du l'effacer par mégarde avec le copier/coller du rapport. Bonjour Pear et merci pour l'info. en fait j'ai déjà passé recuva mais malheureusement il n'a pu me recuperer que des dossiers sans importance. En fait j'avais bien fait des sauvegardes sur D:/ + sur un DD externe mais vu que sur le DDexterne j'avais fait une image system le gars m'a dit qu'il ne fallait surtout pas la ré installer et m'a demandé de la suprimer. Donc Apollo, je desinstalle Mc Afee et je garde Windows defender pas besoin de le remplacer par avira ? Et ensuite pourrais tu me dire , tant que j'y suis quel autre programme je peux désinstaller sans gêner le bon fonctionnement de mon ordi stp ? car il en a installé d'autres style Ratpr

A l'origine, j'utilisais Avira avant que l'ordi plante et qu'il parte chez le vendeur. J'ai justement trouvé bizarre tous ces programmes sur un ordi qu'il a soit disant formaté avec un programme Acer et qui (selon ses dires) a malheureusement effacé tous mes programmes et données mêmes celles sauvegardées dans D:/ Data. J'étais d'ailleurs absolument furieuse car c'est mon ordi de travail et j'ai perdu 2 ans de travail... Bonjour à tous, J'ai eu un gros soucis avec ma tour il y a quelques semaines et mon PC étant toujours sous garantie (ACER Aspire XC600) il est retourné chez le vendeur par 2 fois. Aujourd'hui mon PC est de retour et a été formaté.... (merci d'ailleurs au monsieur qui a même formaté mes sauvegardes sur D:/ !!! ) ré installé windows 8.1 a été ré installé d'après ce qu'il m'a dit J'ai remarqué des choses bizarres et j'ai l'impression qu'il y a quelque chose qui ne fonctionne pas correctement. Bonjour à tous, J'ai fait il y a quelques jours un nettoyage de mon PC au bureau sur le sujet "Analyses et éradication malwares,", je ne sais pas si c'est une coïncidence mais depuis j'ai de gros soucis avec windows 8.1 qui plante... Je peux ouvrir mon ordi normalement mais au bout d'un certain temps (entre 10mn et 1h) j'ai un écran bleu qui apparait avec le message "Kernal_Data_Inpage_Error" ( spaceport.sys). L'ordi reboot alors automatiquement. Depuis hier je tente désespérément de faire une image système (sauvegarde) sur un DD externe mais impossible cela reboot en plein milieu. J'ai apparemment réussi à le faire hier sur D: (Data), mais impossible à le faire sur mon DD ext. J'ai eu une fois un ecran bleu avec le message "memory_management. J'utilise un Acer ASpire XC600 acheté il y a 1 an et demi (il n'est donc plus sous garantie) et c'est mon ordi de travail donc plein d'infos primordiales. Quelqu'un pourrait m'aider svp ?

Bonjour, Il y a 2 jours un college a utilisé mon PC et depuis j'ai des fenêtres intempestives (pub) qui s'ouvrent venant de UniDeals. J'ai tenté de supprimer dans panneau de configuration et ensuite j'ai fait des scans malwarebytes + cccleaner + JRT, malheureusement cette cochonnerie est toujours là et mon ordi se comporte bizarrement. Quelqu'un pour m'aider svp
