Bonjour à tous, Voici mon problème : J'ai déjà suivi la procédure de désinfection rapport hijack ... lundi dernier resultat aucun virus ou malware Mais j'ai toujours le meme pb j'ai une live box sagem wanadoo connectée par USB, quand je me connecte à internet la livebox affiche en bas de page "wanadoo et la durée de connection défile" par contre IE et Outlook ne marche pas J'ai desinstallé Norton et Desactivé tous les parefeu J'ai la connection avec laquelle je vous contacte par le cable ethernet rouge branché sur la LB Comment faire marcher cette LB correctement et avoir le telephone Merci de votre aide denis

Faut il "corriger les problèmes" avec Spybot merci

J'ai retéléchargé Eclean2_0 l'installation n'a pas marché Mais celle de Spybot est OK la mise à jour aussi j'ai lancé le programme : "Felicitation aucun mouchard" Ps je n'ai pas encore lancé ewido faut il le faire ? en mode mornal? Merci

Merci pour les infos : excusez pour le délai de réponse mais j'ai poster sur le forum hijack, Ma LB est connecté par un cable USB au pc , mais je n'ai pas IE meme en ayant desactiver le parefeu windows et celui de Norton desinstallé je n'arrive pas à obtenir le fichier ip.txt, j'ai copié la ligne à executer mais je n'ai rien sous C: que faire Merci

merci pour ton aide au fait je viens de redémarrer le portable et voici le message si cela t'aide: "Windows ne trouve pas C:\windows\inet20099\services.exe" Vérifier non correct je clic OK "Impossible de charger ou executer inet20099... verifier ou supprimer du registre"
