Les trois fichiers son absents ........... Et je ne peux faire de scan avec panda , ni meme avec bitdefender j'ai essaye les deux mais aucun ne fonctionne ....... ( j'ai pourtant pas oublie de desactiver avast ) .......

Oups !!! finalement j'ai trouve , c'etait dans " panneau de configuration........... Je vais de ce pas virer les dossiers que tu as nomme !!

La phase 1 c'est fait ....... Pour la phase 2 : CITATION Démarrer, Poste de travail ou autre dossier, Menu Outils, Option des dossiers, onglet Affichage : Activer l'option : Afficher les fichiers et dossiers cachés Désactiver l'option : Masquer les extensions des fichiers dont le type est connu Désactiver l'option : Masquer les fichiers protégés du système d'exploitation Puis cliquer sur "Appliquer à tous les dossiers" Quand je clique sur poste de travail , ça me donne le disque local C , soit je l'ouvre et je tombe sur les dossiers windows ,program files ....... etc .........soit je clique comme indique sur le menu "outil " et la je tombe sur defragmentation , verification des erreurs ou sauvegarde ; je n'ai pas option des dossiers .

Mon pc est infecte de virus , et meme apres avoir formate plusieurs fois , rien ne les supprime !!!
