Bonjour Regis, Je n'ai pas pu me connecter ces derniers jours et je te prie de m'en excuser. Spyware doctor ne génère pas de rapport, je vais donc te recopier ce qu'il me détecte quand je l'aurai repassé. Je n'arrive pas à installer Spysweeper... Merci encore de ta patience!

Bonjour Régis, Y a peut être du progrès .... J ai donc passé blacklight mais il ne note rien d'interessant, aucun virus. En revanche j ai reparamétré spyware doctor en incluant les fichiers cachés et en le passant en mode sans échec: BINGO! Il me trouve deux infections à haut risque cachées dans un dossier SECUR. Spyware doctor ne veut pas me les éliminer à moins que je paye et quand je me rends à la source pour les virer (d 'ailleurs j'ignore si on peut faire directement ça) il ne veut pas non plus les supprimer. Ma question est donc: as tu un outil qui me permette d'aller chercher ces fichiers là où je sais qu'ils sont pour les éradiquer ? Sinon, je te confirme que AVG en mode sans échec ne me trouve plus rien d'anormal. Bonne journée à toi. Je sens qu'on va l'avoir !!!

Oui , il me l'a ignoré spontannement, mais il me semble qu'ensuite je l'ai supprimé car j ai recommencé et n'ai plus rien eu. Ce soir, j'applique blacklight et te poste le rapport. Bonne journée à toi

Bonjour, Désolée Régis, j'ai suivi toute ta procédure mais rien à faire !!!! J ai toujours le même problème ! Ce qui m'inquiète vraiment, c'est qu'il m'est impossible de désactiver le démarrage du système, sinon je suis sure que la procèdure de Phengizy pourrait fonctionner, j'avsis déjà trouver cette solution et tenté avant. Merci les gars ! Si vous voyez quoi faire pour désactiver le démarrage système ( il ne veut pas en m'indiquant une erreur) peut être que ça pourrait permettre d'appliquer fixblast. J'ai toujours le même problème et il m'est impossible de suivre la procédure de désinfection jusqu'au bout car je ne peux désactiver la retauration du systeme...(erreur) Je suis une pauvre jeune femme en détresse, aidez moi, je vous en prie!

Bonjour, J'ai un souci que vous avez du sûrement pas mal voir : un beau matin mon PC m'a affiché le fameux message " erreur appel distant- redémarrage..ect..." Avec un ami nous avons écumé tous les forums à la recherche d'une solution et de logiciels de désinfection. Tout ce qui est suggéré échoue systématiquement. Il faut savoir que, outre le fait que je n'ai plus accès à Internet, aucun de mes fichiers ne peut être déplacé ou copié-collé, et surtout ( puisque c'est conseillé et que je ne peux pas le faire) il est impossible de désactiver le redémarrage du système: dès que je le coche, celà m'indique une erreur. S'agit il d'un autre vers que Lovsan? Pouvez-vous m'aider? Je vous en serait éternellement reconnaissante ( l'ordi est à mon patron). Je vous copie-colle donc le rapport hijackthis.
