Bonjour, Mon voisin rencontre un problème avec sa machine. Ce soir en démarrant il a eu un ecran bleu avec le message : STOP : 0x00000007B blablabla INACCESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE Il est sous windows 2000 Professionel On a essayer de redémarrer en faisant F8, rien à faire le PC plante sur l'ecran bleu. Le souci est qu'il n'a pas le cd d'installation windows 2000. comment peut on l'aider ? Merci

Bonjour, j'ai exactement le même problème. Ma carte est une Geforce4 with AGP8x. J'ai testé avec la sortie DVI et VGA. Lorsque je lance la session windows, je perd le signal avec l'ecran et le PC reboot. J'ai désinstaller la carte graphie puis rebooter le PC et le problème continue. Je ne sais pas si c'est la carte graphique qui est morte ou un fichier windows endommagé.

bonjour, j'ai essayé cette procédure et ça ne marche pas. J'ai donc décider de reinstaller XP mais toujours pareil. J'ai tester le disque sur mon PC et il fonctionne. J'ai tester mon disque sur le PC de mon frangin et là le PC est rester bloqué, donc je pense que c'est le controleur de disque qui est HS. Là le PC est à l'atelier, affaire à suivre

Bonjour à tous, sur le PC de mon frangin, on a un pb au demarrage de XP. Le message suivant aparait : Windows n'a pas pu démarrer car le fichier suivant est manquant ou endommagé : <Racine Windows>\system32\hal.dll. Veuillez reinstaller une copie du fichier. J'ai essayé tout les mode de démararge (sans echec, dernière bonne config connue, etc) et rien a faire. J'ai copié le fichier en question sur un autre PC pour le copier mais comme on a pas accès à Windows on ne peut pas le copier.
