Bonsoir ! J'ai tout essayer pour désinstaller norton 360 . Apparament il serait désinstaller mais dans mon centre de securité de windows il detecte plusieurs antivirus alors norton 360 doit toujours exister . J'ai même essayer le lien de désinstallation pour norton mais rien n'y fait . Si quelqu'un aurait une idée qu'il me reponde . Merci beaucoup .

bonsoir Je vais commencer par le début : J'ai acheté norton 360 et il y a quelques temps il a beugué, a chaque fois que je remetté l'ordi en route tout norton était désactivé alors il fallait le supprimer et le réinstaller, mais rien à faire toujours beug au démarrage de l'ordi. J'ai fait toute les manip que symantec me proposé mais toujours pareille. Alors je suis passer à avast et là c'est l'horreur : J'ai chopé des WIN 32 CTX WIN 32:IRC BOT.CD Je les ai mis en quarantaine, puis-je les supprimer sans supprimer d'autre programmes. Je voudrais mettre l'antivirus que vous proposé sur votre forum mais le problème que j'ai c'est quand je vait dans centre de sécurité windows détecte encore norton 360 + avast. Pourtant j'ai supprimé norton 360 je pense qu'il reste des choses. Pouvez vous m'aider car j'en ai ras le bol de ses antivirus qui ne font que des ratés. Merci beaucoup

Bonsoir Mon antivirus avast a détécté un win 32 ctx. Je l'es mis en quarantaine mais je ne sais pas comment le supprimer definitivement. Car j'ai peur que ça me supprime des programmes en même temps. Comment être sur que ça supprime que le virus? Merci pour votre aide.

bonsoir j'ai scanné mon ordi avec avast il m'a trouvé un win 32 ctx. je l'es mi en quarantaine. comment puis-je le supprimer sans supprimer d'autre programme? Mon 2ème problème est sur msn : quand je parle avec une amie, toutes les fenêtres des autres contact qui sont connectées s'ouvrent en meme temps et queques secondes après msn se coupe tout seul. Pendant ce laps de temps mon amie a reçu un fichier dont je ne suis pas à l'origine. Si quelqu'un pourrait m'aider ça serait super car je ni connait rien en virus. Merci d'avance.
