Bonjour, Merci de m'avoir répondu. J'ai regardé dans le gestionnaire et l'imprimante est bien activée. Par contre, il y a un truc que je ne comprends pas trop.. Je vais essayer de t'expliquer. Hier, il fallait que j'imprime à tout prix des fichiers. J'ai donc essayer de trafiquer et j'ai trouvé un système : Il faut tout d'abord que je mette l'imprimante sur le port LPT1 ou il y a déjà mon imprimante. Ensuite je fais "imprime "(un message d'erreur arrive dans la file d'attente). Je retourne dans les ports et, là, je mets sur "port d'imprimante virtuelle". Je refais "imprime" et ma feuille sort. Bon, par contre, je ne peux pas changer les propriétés de l'impression ce qui est un peu embettant. J'espère que tu comprendras ce que j'ai marqué. Merci

Bonjour, Petit problème d'imprimante.... J'ai une brother DCP 117C. Il y a quelques temps, j'ai remplie les cartouches, fait un nettoyage, sortie une page test (de l'imprimante)sans aucun problème. Oui, mais..... maintenant, cette petite imprimante ne veut plus rien imprimer. J'ai tout essayer : ré installation programme imprimante X fois, ré installation microsoft office aussi. Rien n'y fait, cette petite est toujours inactive. J'ai rechercher sur le net, mais je n'ai malheureusement pas réussi à trouver quelque chose. Pourriez vous m'aider?
