Bonjour, En ce moment j'ai une série de petits problèmes!!! J'ai téléchargé ZHP pour pouvoir lire les rapports Hijackthis ; mais impossible de l'ouvrir. Je reçois un message de microsoft : AppName : Zhp 2.exe AppVer : 1.0.0.0 ModVer 5.1.2600.2180 Offset : 0001eb33. J'utilise chaque semaine CC cleaner ; Spybot... Bonjour, Voilà ci-dessous, ce que je trouve dans le wmsetup log dont tu me parles. Est-ce que cela te parle.....? J'avais Antivir ; je l'ai désinstallé . Je vais réessayer le téléchargement, voire s'il y était pour qqchose. J'ai Spybot ; je me sers aussi de Ccleaner et de TuneUp. J'ai dû aussi installer la mise à jour du pilote de la carte graphique qui est Nvidia 7600GS ; peut-être que tout cela va apporter une solution.(je suis allée sur le site d'origine). Bonjour, Merci beaucoup d'avoir répondu; Par contre je ne suis pas très calée!! je suis sur XP familial, version 2002, pack 2 , système Vaio, Pentium. J'ai essayé de télécharger sur le site Microsoft page téléchargement ; j'ai bp cherché sur le net les raisons de ce refus, sans succès. Je dois dire que la version actuelle fonctionne, mais j'ai téléchargé Imesh qui m'a dit que ma version était trop ancienne, donc de télécharger la plus nouvelle.... Merci encore Si quelqu'un peut apporter de l'eau à mon moulin...j'aimerais comprendre et solutionner Bonne aprem.

Bonjour, J'ai essayé plusieurs fois de télécharger WMP11 et chaque fois après l'installation, j'ai la réponse "impossible de répondre à votre demande" ; je vais alors dans l'aide web et je lis : erreur COOD 2AFB.... outch: J'ai alors essayé de téléchargé WMP10 : impossible sur votre système????
