Bonjour Wawa Seb, j'ai desinstallé spybot je suis connecté par lafibre optique qui arrive à la mmachine qui a une carte ethernet. tout marchait bien jusqu'au changement de carte mere par la hotline packard bell apres un refus de demarrer l'ordi. j'attend tes conseils. merci encore

bonjour WawaSeb -je n'ai pas trouvé AVK internet security dans , suppression de programme, ni par la fonction rechercher, ni par c, programmes files -j'ai supprimé le 3 lignes dans hijakthis -il n'yavait pas kdzk.exe dans les fichiers caches -j'ai fait ATF cleaner -je n'ai pas pu faire kaspersky car je ne peux plus telecharger par internet explorer 6 depuis qu'on m'a changé la carte mére( le pc est encore sous garantie) ce qui fait que je ne peux ni voir les vidéos comme youtube, le telechargement ne démarre pas ou s'arrête plus ou moins vite, ni télécharger un logiciel comme picasa. je vais faire une analyse par norton, voir s'il retrouve le trojan.

bonjour, j'aurai besoin d'aide car la hot line ne m'a pas réglé mon probléme. j'ai un pc un packard windows media center sous garantie qui,aprés bien des déboires avec la hot line,a été réparé(changement de la carte mére et du ventilateur). depuis tout marche bien,y compris internet explorer 6 sauf quand je veux regarder une vidéo sur youtube: le telechargement ne démarre pas mais le plus souvent, s'arrête au bout de quelques secondes, mais surtout je ne peux plus télécharger de logiciel,Itunes me dit qu'il y a une mise à jour, je l'accepte, soit elle ne démarre pas, soit s'arrête trés vite.de même j'ai voulu télécharger picasa,je n'ai pas pu aller jusqu'au bout. *La hot line se packard m'a envoyé verifier ma connexion che mon FAI, il n'ya aucun probléme chez eux, ils n'ont changé aucun paramétre, maintenant la hotline de packard me demande de reinstaller windows. N'y a-t-il pas de solution sans reinstallation? merci d'avance pour toute aide.
