Je peux savoir pourquoi personne ne veut me répondre ? Mon cas est-il si désespéré ? insoluble? énigmatique? HELP!!!! Quelques lignes pour me dire un nettoyage est necessaire ou si le problème est ailleurs me soulagerais bien. Promis après je ne vous embête plus !

Bonjour, Je suis un peu désespérée et surtout déçue car mon ordinateur relativement récent est de plus en plus lent, particulièrement au démarrage.
