Bonjour, je me tourne vers vous car dans pas longtemps je sens que je vais craquer. Voila mon problème: Je viens d'acquérir un portable Acer E5-411 J'ai fait la mise à jour windows 10 (famille version 1511) sans aucun problème du moins je le pensais. J'ai crée un compte local pour chaque membre de la famille mais impossible des les ouvrir voici je que me répond window "Échec de la connexion pas le service Service de profil utilisateur. Impossible de charger le profil d'utilisateur." J'ai fait la même manip en créant un compte microsoft pour chaque utilisateur mais le résultat est le même. Bref j'ai un portable que je suis le seul à pouvoir utiliser. J'ai fait un tour dans le registre : HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\ProfileList Seul mon profil y apparait. Mais quand je démarre l'ordi les comptes de toute la famille s'affiche sur la page de démarrage. Au secour D'avance merci pour vos réponses

Bonsoir. Après bien moults F8 j'a du faire une réinstallation du système. Impossible de créer un autre profil utilisateur en mode sans échec. Apparemment c'est une mise à jour qui a entraîner le plantage du compte.

Bonsoir. J'ai une amie qui possède un asus emachine 520. Elle ne peut plus démarrer Vista. Son mot de passe utilisateur n'est plus reconnu. Comme beaucoup de personne elle n'a ni cd de réparation ni de cd de boot. Je la dépanne par téléphone, pas facile, son niveau informatique est proche de zéro et son anglais est nul. Voici ce que lui dit Vista: "echec de l'ouverture de session par le service de profil d'utilisateur impossible de charger le profil d'utilisateur" Existe t il un mode super utilisateur qui permettrai de lancer une session pour changer changer le mot de passe? Bonjour. Voila mon souci. J'ai récupéré un PC qui tourne avec XP édition familiale. J'ai fait une restauration système dessus pour le remettre au propre. Le PC démarre mais il plante au démarrage avec une fenêtre qui me dit "explorer.exe" a planté. J'ai plusieurs restauration mais cela n'a aucun effet.
