Bonjour, je viens vers vous avec un gros paquet de problèmes, si une ame charitable passe par là, qu'elle me fasse signe. Description : ordi a beaucoup de mal à se lever, il refuse même le demarrage si maintenant je ne lui donne pas son cd windows au ptit dèj, miracle du jour, internet fonctionne (pour combien de temps?) il est super mega lent, j'ai compé environ dix secondes pour qu'une fenêtre apparaisse !!! bref je me demande si je dois le garder ou bien m'en séparer à mon grand regret. ps : je l'ai récupéré où je bossai, c'était mon pc, mais malheureuseument des collègues peut scrupuleux profitaient de mon absence entre midi et deux pour l'utiliser et là les premiers symptômes on commencés : démarrage fouarés, de plus en plus lent... et maintenant c'est la cata snif... Alors je vous attends !!!

Alors, j'ai redémarré mon ordi, je suis retournée sur update en passant par démarrer et voilà ce qu'il me dit : - aucune nouvelle maj n'est dispo pour votre ordi Noramal ou paranormal ?

Bonjour, le grand jour est arrivé ! mon pc portable a un virus ! quand je suis sur internet sous ie7 un nouvel onglet s'ouvre tout seul, soit sur un site genre camif, pricem... ou alors plus souvent avec des offres antivirus me disant que je suis contaminé ... Si quelqu'un a un peu de temps a m'accorder pour m'aider à résoudr ce problème ce serait vraiment sympa ! Je vous attends...
