Merci de ton message, J'ai change la valeur de "MenuShowDelay" initialement=400 per =0 et rebooter. Pas de changement, le problème subsiste. Ce qui est etrange c'est que cela n'affecte que le programme "accessoires". Une autre idée?

Problème Windows, cherche secours. Quand je clique sur "démarrer" puis "tous les programmes" puis "accessoires" les sous-programmes n'apparaissent qu'après 4 minutes, et ceci à chaque démarrage de session. Une fois la session ouverte et les sous-programmes débloqués, j'y ai accès normalement. Ce problème n'existe pas pour les programmes de même rang tel que Microsoft Office ou Movie Maker dont les sous-programmes apparaissent automatiquement quand on pointe le groupe de programmes. Je pensais utiliser SFC /scannow pour réparer, mais je comprends qu'étant sous SP 3 c'est loin d'être gagné. Quelqu’un a-t-il déjà vu un tel problème? Peux-tu m'aider? J'ai suivi des indications mais après un message: "FINDSTR: erreur de lecture du fichier mobsync.exe" et quelques opérations de nettoyage, Navilog bloque à nouveau au même endoit en revenant sur une nouvelle recherche avec GenericNaviSearch. Il indique une nouvelle info: i mpossible de trouver "C:\gncsusp.txt" avant de bloquer (arrêt après 2h20). Pas moyen d'obtenir un rapport. J'ai ensuite fait retourner Navilog option 1 en mode normal et aussi sans echec.
