non, le programme d'installation se ferme en me demandant si je veux démarrer le logiciel et y faire les mises à jour. Je vais tenter de le réinstaller en refusant les mises à jour

C'est là mon problème, car il ne démarre même pas! Y a t'il un autre moyen de le forcer à démarrer sans passer par l'icône habituelle?

Encore une fois c'est la même chose. Par contre avant d'installer Malwarebytes j'ai pris soin de désactiver mon Fire wall de Zone Alarm. L'installation semble se dérouler normalement sauf que c'est très long (+ ou - 10 minutes) Ensuite j'ai l'onglet des mises à jour et du démmarage du logiciel qui apparait. Je clique OK et après une dizaine de minutes la fenêtre d'installation disparait et plus rien. J'ai redémarré, tenté de lancer Malwarebytes, mais le programme ne semble toujours pas vouloir s'ouvrir. J'ai aussi vérifié qu'il se trouvait bien dans le dossier ou je l'ai installé.

Merci Falkra, Malheureusement ça commence mal. L'installation de Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware (MBAM) semble bien fonctionner jusqu'au moment des mises à jour. À ce moment plus rien ne se produit et le programme se ferme tout seul. Quand j'essaie de redémarer Malwarebytes, encore une fois rien ne se produit. d'autres sugestions?

Je n'arrive plus à faire mes mises à jour avec spy boot et Zone alarm. De plus lorsque je fais des recherches avec Google je suis toujours redirigé vers des liens de vente. Zone Alarm bloque sans cesse des entrée du type "344398650.exe is trying to set JNSKDFM9eldfd when start" Maintenant je n'arrive même plus à faire de scan avec Spy Boot. Lors de mon dernier scan avec Spy Boot, j'ai été informé que j'étais infecté par un certain PWS.LDPinchIE J'utilise normalement Firefox comme navigateur.
