Bonjour, et bien moi aussi, c'est un asus, et j'ai aussi les mêmes symptômes : bloqué avec la souris (Touchpad), j'ai même tenté de connecter une souris externe, et rien, obligé de l'éteindre manuellement. J'ai posté un rapport également mais je n'ai pas eu de réponse. En attendant, j'ai désinstallé synaptics, réinstallé, et j'ai mis à jour le pilote sur le site asus. Dans vista, J'ai également vérifier le disque en cochant réparer automiquement et rechercher et tenter une récupération. Cela fait deux jours, pour l'instant, le problème ne s'est pas reproduit, je ne crie pas victoire, car comme c'est un problème intermittant ?? on verra Voilà, si ça peut vous aider.

Bonjour, Je me permets si cela est possible de solliciter votre aide pour un rapport. Je n'y connais rien. Mon problème actuel : mon ordi (pc asus M50Vseries), antivirus bitdefender Internet securité 2009. Je fais régulièrement des nettoyages, defragmentation et nettoyage avec Ccleaner. Il se bloque au niveau de la souris (touchepad), et dans ce cas, je ne peux plus rien faire tout est bloqué, la seule solution est de l'éteindre. J'ai désinstallé et réinstallé le dispotifif le pointage, j'ai ensuite mis à jour le pilote synaptics, toujours même problème, quand il se bloque j'ai tenté de connecter une souris externe : rien. Rien ne répond (CTRL ALT SUP et bouton Windows). D'autre part, j'ai une connection wifi, depuis quelques temps, il se déconnecte régulièrement, se met en local ou connection limitée, alors que d'autre pc en wifi à la maison, ne le font pas.
