Voila ! La mise a jour vers le SP2 s'est faite naturellement; j'ai pu également passer sur IE8, et installer l'antivirus conseillé par Falkra. Bon, mauvaise nouvelle, j'ai essayé d'installer le SP2 en utilisant le lien, et ca a tout planté ... Apres le premier reboot, j'ai eu un message d'erreur d'un programme résident DELL, le "DELL DOCK", qui me balançait un message en Anglais au sujet d'un fichier langue manquant, et qui du coup ne se lancait pas. J'ai récupéré la main sur le PC, aucune boite de dialogue, j'en ai déduis que la MAJ était termniée. J'ai fait un redemarrage du PC, et la j'ai 2 problemes : Le PC met facilement le double de temps a démarrer - j'ai, comment dire, une alternance d'écran noir et gris foncé, avant le logo Windows que je n'avais pas avant Le PC m'indique un message de mise a jour SP3 étapa 3/3 à 100% avant l'écran bienvenue ... Toujours le probleme du "DELL DOCK" bien sur, Je reprends la main sur le PC, rien ne semble en cours, Et si je reboot, (essayé de multiples fois), je récupère les 2 mêmes problemes : démarrage très long, et message de l'étape 3/3 du SP2 à 100% au démarrage ... Bref j'ai l'impression qu'il tourne en rond ! La actuellement je résintalle mon PC avec la partition de réinstallation usine; une fois que j'aurais récupéré un système "neuf" (je n'ai mon PC que depuis quelques jours, et je n'ai pas encore installé mes documents personnels, heureusement), je me demande s'il faut vraiment que je tente le SP2, ou bien que je laisse le Windows Update se mettre a jour tranquillement ? Bonjour à tous, Pour mon premier message, je viens vers vous avec un rapport HiJackThis d'une machine "neuve" pré-installée par DELL. N'ayant pas les connaissances necessaires pour un reformatage, j'essaye d'assainir le système, en supprimant ce qui n'a aucune utilité ou charge inutilement le système.
