Re bonsoir, J'ai donc relancé OTM, cliqué sur Cleanup et cela a fonctionné. J'ai installé Dial-A-Fix, essayé la 2e méthode et j'ai eu des erreurs suivantes dans la partie WU/WUAU : (NB : j'espère que les images s'afficheront) J'ai refait la manip et j'ai testé Windows Update... Et bien, maintenant j'ai l'erreur 0x80070424 Et je n'arrive plus à "Activer" les mises à jour automatiques (cad que c'est toujours en rouge => désactivé) J'ai été sur le site de MS chercher l'erreur, j'ai commencé à suivre leur procédure (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/916261/fr) mais je ne trouve pas le fameux "ServicePackFiles" ... J'avoue que je ne sais plus comment m'y prendre... Est ce que je dois ouvrir un post ailleurs sur le forum ? Merci encore pour le temps consacré...

Ouffff.... Enfin ! Ok pour passer sur IE7 et SP3 mais comme indiqué sur mon premier message, je n'arrive pas à me connecter à Windows Update (erreur 0x80070002) et je ne sais pas comment résoudre le problème. Mais je suppose que c'est pas le bon "Topic" pour ce genre de problème n'est ce pas ? Autrement, j'ai relancé Hijackthis, coché les cases indiquées et cliqué sur "Fix Checked" L'AVG que j'ai n'ai pas la version grauite. En fait, AVG 7 était l'anti-virus que mon ancienne boite avait installé sur cet ordinateur et j'ai un numéro de license. En revanche, depuis, la mise à jour de cette version n'était plus possible donc, j'ai du installer AGV 8.5 mais toujours en entrant mon numéro de license. Bonsoir, Avant tout, je suis novice dans le forum e pas seulement Avant de passer au "problème" proprement dit, je pense que je dois décrire un peu ce qui s'est passé. Suite à une mise à jour automatique de windows (il y a environ 1 mois), j'avais la Notification "Windows Genuine Advantage" qui apparaissait toujours au démarrage. Depuis, je n'ai plus jamais eu de notification de mises à jour (bien que dans les paramètres, l'option "automatique" ait été cochée) J'ai voulu le faire manuellement, en allant dans "Windows Update" et la j'obtenais (et j'obtiens toujours) le Numéro d'erreur : 0x80070002 (Le site Web a rencontré une erreur et ne peut pas afficher la page demandée. Les options fournies ci-dessous peuvent vous aider à résoudre le problème). Après, avoir redémaré 2 fois, je n'ai plus eu cette notification (du moins pour l'instant) et j'ai fait un scan avec AVG 8.5 et j'ai visiblement 2 "infections" : C:\WINDOW S \Temp\wpv421243111142.exe";"Cheval de Troie : S pamTool.DAC";"Plac é en quarantaine" et Local S etting s \Temp\pdfupd.exe";"Viru s identifi é Win32/Cryptor";"Plac é en quarantaine" J'ai lu un des pots déjà présent sur ce forum (Zebulon) et j'ai téléchargé "HiJackThis.exe" ; sauf que, je double-clic et rien ne se passe ! Je ne peux donc pas faire de "scan" ni envoyer le rapport. Je ne sais pas si tous les problèmes sont liés, mais j'ai préféré indiquer l'historique au cas où. Est ce que quelqu'un pourrait m'aider, dans un premier temps, à me débarasser de ces "infections/virus" ?
