Bonsoir, Je me permets de poster un nouveau message, car je crois avoir été un peu oublié malgré mes tentatives pour faire remonter mon post dans la liste... J'ai un portable asus avec vista quasiment neuf et mon antivirus (panda) détecte un problème au niveau de rcpnetp.exe, qu'il met en quarantaine sans grand succès. De plus, l'ordinateur plante souvent sans raisons. Voici ce que l'on m'a conseillé: Bonjour, Poste de travail->Outils ->Options des dossiers ->Affichage Cocher "Afficher les dossiers cachés" Décocher" Masquer les extension des fichiers dont le type est connus "ainsi que "Masquer les fichiers protégés du système d exploitation" --> un message dit que cela peut endommager le système, ne pas en tenir compte, valider par oui. Rendez vous à cette addresse: http://www.virustotal.com/fr/ Cliquez sur parcourir pour trouver cesfichiers: * C:\WINDOWS\system32\rpcnetp.dll * C:\WINDOWS\system32\rpcnetp.exe et cliquez sur "envoyer le fichier" Copiez /collez la réponse dans votre prochain message. Note: il peut arriver que le fichier ait déjà été analysé. Si c'est le cas, cliquez sur le bouton Reanalyse file now J'ai suivi les instructions, mais lorsque je clique sur l'onglet parcourir à l'adresse http://www.virustotal.com/fr/, le navigateur cesse de fonctionner... Bonjour, Voilà mon problème: J'ai un tout nouvel ordinateur depuis quelques semaines... et vlan il est déjà infecté... Il m'avait semblé être prudent pourtant. J'ai vista avec panda comme antivirus et il repère un problème avec le fichier rcpnet.exe au démarrage. Et avec ça, plein de petits bugs, surtout avec firefox qui plante une fois sur deux et l'ordinateur qui ne réagit plus... Merci d'avance à qui pourra bien me donner un petit coup de main pour résoudre ce problème!
