Bonjour Tonton57, désolé d'avoir tardé à répondre, Les blues screen of death persistent, pire, j'en ai de nouveaux types. à MEMORY_MANAGEMENT s'ajoute : SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION RDR_FILE_SYSTEM Le plus frustrant c'est que depuis quelques jours les BSoD surviennent même en cours d'utilisation du PC, et non plus seulement au démarrage. J'ai déjà fait les 5 premiers points que tu m'as conseillé (oui l'UAC était désactivé, firefox est à jour, pas de ! dans le gestionnaire, chkdsk fait et refait, et CCleaner lancé de multiples fois). 6)Pour la défragmentation le PC étant neuf je n'en ai pas encore fait. 7)pour le RSIT, je suis sceptique, je suis quasi sur que ça ne vient pas d'un malware (de plus j'ai tout ce qu'il faut en terme d'antivirus). Que ce soit le CHKDSK, ou le CCleaner, il n'y a pas eu de rapport d'erreur. Entre temps j'ai procédé à une répération Windows car il ne parvenait pas dl certains windows updates. Maintenant ça semble rectifié. Voilà, je ne sais pas à quoi faire. J'ai déjà fait examiné les barrettes mémoires par le SAV, qui m'affirment les avoir vérifiés. Merci pour votre attention.

Bonjour Wullfk et Tonton57, merci de votre aide, concernant windows, l'analyse de microsoft baseline security révèle qu'il y a une mise à jour qu'il n'arrive pas à installer, mais je n'arrive pas enregistrer le rapport (il n'y a pas d'option d'enregistrement apparemment), par contre j'ai découvert que la version de mon bios n'était pas à jour : c'est une 1408 alors que la 1808 est sortie. Je n'ose pas encore mettre à jour ma carte mère car cela semble être une opération délicate pour un noob de mon genre. Bonjour, je rencontre avec un PC récemment acheté de nombreux problèmes. Ma config : windows 7 professionel 64 bits processeur i5 2.67 Ghz 8 Go gforce gtx 460 lecteur hitachi standard carte mère asus p7p55d le Je précise d'emblée que le pc a fait un passage par le SAV du magasin d'origine, et que le technicien garantit que le problème n'est pas matériel hardware (il a testé les barrettes mémoires, etc..). Il a déjà réinstallé windows une fois. Systématiquement, chaque matin, au démarrage de l'ordinateur, je rencontre des Blue Screen of Death, dont le message varie quasiment à chaque fois.. en général c'est : MEMORY_MANAGEMENT (mais les barrettes mémoires ont été testées) ou STOP : c000021a {Fatal System Error} Quand j'ai de la chance, au bout du 10eme redémarrage, windows s'ouvre, et fonctionne normalement le reste de la journée (meme après extinctio pour rallumage ou un simple redémarrer). Mais après une nuit éteint, au démarrage BSoD rebelotte..
