Bonjour, Bien que la plupart du temps j'essaye de résoudre mes problèmes, je dois reconnaître que sur ce coup, j'ai un peu de mal. La semaine dernière j'ai démarré mon pc et aucun programme solicitant une connexion internet n'a trouvé d'accès sauf inernet explorer 64 bits. J'ai trouvé des problèmes similaires où la solution était la commande : 'netsh winsock reset' qui hélas ne fonctionne pas. J'ai eu un souci d'informations sur le dd avant ça, chkdsk se lançait au démarrage mais se stoppait, j'ai booté sur le dvd d'instal de windows pour réparer cela et j'ai pu faire mon chkdsk. J'ai pu aisni faire un point de restauration qui hélas n'a rien changé au problème. Il me reste l'alternative un peu radicale du formatage puis de la réinstallation complète mais avant d'en arriver là, je solicite votre aide. Edit : Je suis sous windows 7 et connecté via ethernet. Bonjour, voilà j'ai reçu ma nouvelle ram depuis samedi matin et tout marche impec. J'attendais que quelques jours passent pour ne pas me réjouir trop vite, mais c'est bon on peut le dire problème résolu ! Me voilà rassurer premier pc/config que je montais/réalisais moi même, le problème venait d'un matériel défectueux. Car j'avais peur que ça vienne de moi. Dans cette histoire il faut retenir que le test de RAM devait être fait au cold boot sinon aucune erreur n'est détectée et on peut chercher encore longtemps d'où vient le problème ! Bonjour, je me trompe peut être mais on dirait que tu n'as pas chargé les symbols pour windbg du coup l'analyse est risque d'être faussée.

Bonjour, Tu peux tester ta RAM avec Memtest86+ : Lien & tuto : Memetest86+ Il faudra sectionner dans le bios ton lecteur cd/dvd pour le lancer au démarrage et lui laisser faire au moins 7 passes.

Désolé pour le manque de retour j'étais en congés durant une semaine. J'ai pu faire quelques tests au premier démarrage de la journée sur plusieurs jours, j'ai trouvé une barrette générant des erreurs et l'autre non. Les emplacements n'ont pas l'air d'être en cause. Cela n'a pas été très simple car même sans lancer Windows, au bout de quelques tests quelque soit la barrette ou l'emplacement, je n'obtenais plus d'erreurs. J'ai également réussi à lancer Windows du premier coup un matin avec la bonne barrette uniquement. J'éteins le pc, mets la 2ème barrette et là comme d'hab BSOD etc... Bref, j'ai envoyé mes barrettes ce matin au SAV, en espérant que ça ira avec les nouvelles. Merci pour votre aide, je vous dirai ce que ça donne une fois le remplacement effectué.

Ok je ferais ça demain pour me retrouver dans les conditions d'erreur et je testerai les RAM une par une puis leur emplacement.

Le chkdsk n'a rien donné, mais ce matin j'ai lancé un memtest avant mes 2 ou 3 redémarrages quotidien pour lancer windows et j'ai eu un truc comme 23000 erreurs sur 3 passes. En résumé, quand je laisse éteint mon pc plus de 4h par là, j'ai un écran bleu au démarrage de windows, entre la barre de chargement et avant le login. je mets hors tension, je redémarre une ou deux fois, windows se lance normalement et je n'ai plus de problème pour redémarrer mon pc si je ne le laisse pas hors tension un pendant un certain laps de temps (4h environ). Quand je fais un memtest après avoir réussi mon démarrage, je n'ai aucune erreur. Quand je fais un memtest avant de lancer windows en me doutant que je vais avoir un problème d'écran bleu, je n'ai que des erreurs.

Bon bah memtest ne détecte pas d'erreurs sur la RAM, c'est une bonne nouvelle mais ça m'avance pas. Ce qui m'étonne c'est que windows a ce problème au démarrage uniquement lorsque le pc reste éteint pendant un certain temps. Je dois peut être revoir mes branchements, pourtant tout fonctionne à part ça.

J'essaierai ça ce soir, merci. Pour la température, je l'ai vérifiée avec HWM. Pour le dépoussiérage, je pense que ça ira : je l'ai pas précisé >__< c'est le plus important en plus, j'ai monté le pc il y a 10 jours. Entre temps... j'ai du réinstaller complètement windows car je n'avais plus accès... à grand chose, explorer.exe bugué même en le relançant depuis le gestionnaire des tâches. En gros, il y a plus que ça qui fonctionnait (même plus de réseau), le gestionnaire des tâches et les programmes en raccourci sur mon bureau. Alors comme je ne pouvais plus faire de restauration système non plus, même au démarrage... Ceci est survenu suite à la modification de la mémoire générée, mais de là à dire que ça vient de là... Bref, j'essaierai memtest ce soir.

Bonsoir, Après quelques jours de recherches, j'en suis rendu à venir poster mon problème ici, en espérant que quelqu'un puisse m'aider à le résoudre. Concrètement, j'ai un problème au démarrage de windows (j'utilise windows 7 ultimate 64bits) avec écran bleu, suivi d'une tentative de réparation du système de démarrage. Au bout de deux ou trois redémarrages windows se lance normalement. Le plus étrange dans ce phénomène, c'est qu'il se produit uniquement après un arrêt prolongé du pc, je dirai au moins quelques heures. Comme c'est le premier pc que je montais, j'ai aussi suspecté le montage du ventilo du processeur (bien qu'au premier démarrage après montage boitier ouvert, tout tournait comme il faut). J'ai donc lancé un programme de contrôle des températures et rotation ventilo pour vérifier tout ça (HWM): rien d'anormal n'en ressort, à part une température de AUXTIN élelvée 80/90°C, mais j'ai lu que cette valeur pouvait souvent être erronée. J'ai vérifié que tous mes drivers et maj windows étaient à jour, elles le sont. Sauf pour le driver : Intel Corporation 5 Series/3400 Series Chipset 4 port SATA IDE Controller. Il y en a bien un d'installé et il en existe un plus récent que j'ai déjà installé plusieurs fois, mais à chaque consultation, même après redémarrage, c'est l'ancien qui est détecté. Bref, il y a peut être un problème ici. J'ai envisagé de tester les différentes solutions proposées dans le document, mais là j'ai de nouveau un problème, je ne trouve aucun fichier sysdata dans le mindump, ni à l'adresse indiquée dans le rapport d'erreur (C:\Users\Chatouw\AppData\Local\Temp\WER-74084-0.sysdata.xml). Dans le dossier minidump, je n'ai que le C:\Windows\Minidump\012311-30841-01.dmp. Pas de sous dossier, juste ce petit fichier .dmp, alors je ne sais pas trop si c'est judicieux d'utiliser cette méthode. J'ai quand même modifié la gestion de mémoire virtuelle, mais hélas je ne verrai que demain matin si cela à marcher. Enfin, je n'ai pas modifié l'image mémoire puisque cela est indiqué en dernier recours. Bref, j'essaye toujours de régler mes problèmes par moi même mais là, je dois avouer que je cale sérieusement.
