    Au regret de dire que non tout cela n'a pas disparu et en prime mon ordinateur bug encore plus.

    Je pense que je vais devoir jouer de mes contacts, pour que quelqu'un d'efficace et de sérieux s'occupe des virus de mon ordinateur.

    par ailleurs j'avais précisé que mon ordinateur était programmé en anglais moi je ne parle pas l'anglais couramment et encore moins lorsqu'il s'agit de programmes et de formules complexe j'avais aussi spécifié que j'étais novice en informatique.

    Merci pour les conseils, même si ils ne m'ont pas été d'une grande aide.

    Merci beaucoup avec tout ça je vais pouvoir m'en sortir j'espère, de mon côté j'ai télécharger Zeb Help Process et j'ai trouvé déjà pas mal de bazare de virus et autre sur mon ordinateur, par contre pour supprimer toutes ces dobes je ne sais pas comment m'y prendre...

    Bonjour, je suis nouvelle sur zebulon, je rencontre des petits problèmes avec mon ordinateur en ce moment par exemple lorsque je regarde une vidéo sur youtube ou autre le son de la vidéo est saccadé, et ça rame souvent.

    J'aimerai aussi desinstaller définitivement tout les programmes qui font planter ou qui font ralentir mon ordinateur je sais qu'il y a ceux ci: conduit, Babylon, Ask, Bing, yahoo!France

    Ceux la je les retrouvent dans settings.

    Ah tant que j'y pense, mon ordinateur est configuré en anglais et moi ça ne m'arrange pas.

    Est-ce qu'on peut y changer quelque chose?

    Pour résumer en fait j'aimerai retrouver un ordinateur tout bien comme il faut, sans virus, sans barre intempestives, sans objets cachés... et s'il faut que je change d'antivirus ou autre expliquez moi quoi prendre et comment protéger au mieux mon ordinateur.

    Pour finir, je suis novice en informatique, donc il faudra s'armer de patience et ne pas me parler avec un jargon incompréhensible.
