    As tu une idée si le problème est plutôt lié au hardware ou software ?

    Si le problème est de type hardware, cela concerne t'il plutôt la mémoire ram ou la mémoire de la carte graphique ?

    La 560 ti dans le pc commence à avoir quelques années, elle est le plus vieux composant du pc.

     

    Si je fais un test avec un autre pc du type:

     

    -Inter changer les cartes graphiques

     

    puis dans un second temps

    - Inter changer la ram

     

    Ces tests permettrons t'il d'identifier un problème hardware ?

     

    Je suis désolé de déporter le sujet a priori software sur du hardware, dites moi si je dois recréer un sujet dans une catégorie plus appropriée.

  4. Le pc vient de crasher a nouveau, donc c'est pas les drivers ,nvidia, par contre c'était pas en jeu, mais 10 min aprés l'avoir fermé, dans l'explorateur windows

    Mon pc crash sur différents jeux depuis quelques semaines, j'ai même eu le droit à une réinitialisation du système. ><

    La fréquence du blue screen est aléatoire.

  7. J'ai réinstallé le navigateur, tout à l'air clean, pas de freeze pour l'instant, mais je ne vais pas crier victoire trop vite , il est déjà arrivé que les freezes reviennent aprés 1 h ou 2 d'utilisation.
    Si le problème persiste j'irais voir du coté du forum hardware ,même si la batterie de test Cpu, ram, temp n'avait rien donné.

    J'ai depuis un moment un problème que je n'arrive pas à résoudre, je suis passée par plusieurs forum et rien ne change...
    Alors mon problème est: je freeze (souris figé ou disparu) et puis crash du pc que se soit sur le bureau, page web ou jeu.
    Au debut je pensais que c'était un problème de hardware. Mais non, température normale, RAM scanner avec Memtest, PC scanner par Hot CPU pro tester rien, le néant. Un gentil internaute m'a conseillé de passer adwcleaner pour enlever tout ce qui était babylon, pup, lollipop etc.. Effectivement tout est partie mais c'était pire après, quasi imposible de faire quoi que se soit. Du coup j'ai déinstallé completement mozilla, chrome, j'ai réinstallé "le pire" est partie mais sa freeze toujours et crash toujours ><
    Du coup est-ce un virus ou du hardware? Dois-je reformater ou jeter mon pc par la fenetre? u_________u"
