Re, Tomtom Lorsque je clique sur les mises à jours du pare-feu, l'icône de chargement d'une page qui apparaît durant 2s au bout du pointeur de souris puis disparaît. Les deux : Le service du pare-feu est en type de démarrage automatique mais l'état du service est arrêté. Lorsque j'appuie sur démarrer il indique que windows n'a pu démarrer le pare feu cela me donne à peu près cela http://www.forum-seven.com/forum/topic13870.html

Bonjour Tomtom et Merci pour vos précieux conseils J'ai compris une fois pour toute la nécessité d'être prudent sur internet, d'éviter le P2P et d'entretenir mon ordinateur! Malheureusement, j'ai toujours un message d'erreur lorsque je tente de réactiver le fire-wall windows : code erreur 0x80070490 J'ai tenté de suivre la procédure microsoft, mais leur utilitaire de résolution de pb (Fix-it) indique également qu'il rencontre un pb.
