  1. Bonjour à toutes et tous, Je n'arrive toujours pas à installer la version 1703 (1709 non plus), mais j'ai remarqué que les mises à jours pour la version 1607 s'installent. Est-ce que cela peut éclairer quelqu'un pour une solution ? Merci d'avance

  3. Hello, J'ai repris le tuto de Chantal11, mais cela ne fonctionne toujours pas. Comme mentionné dans mon précédent post, en lisant quelques posts, je vois des choses comme problème de driver ou SSD. As-tu une idée ? J'ai utilisé Driver Genius 17 d'Avanquest qui me dit que tous les drivers sont à jour. Cependant, j'ai encore le FW de mon SSD qui n'est pas en dernière révision, mais comme c'est le SDD système, j'hésite à le mettre à jour au risque de tout perdre mes applications. Cordialement

  5. Bonjour, merci pour ton aide, Le Bios était effectivement en Secure Boot. Je l'ai désactivé, mais cela n'a rien changé, j'ai toujours le même message d'erreur. Windows Update a par contre été réparé semble-t-il car il mentionne les mises mises à jour. Le PC a entretemps installé avec succès la mise à jour pour Windows 10 Version 1607 pour ordinateurs à processeur x64 (KB4023057) ainsi que celle pour Adobe Flash Player pour Windows 10 Version 1607 pour les systèmes x64. (KB4051613) En effectuant une recherche sur l'erreur 0x19C1900101 - 0x40017, je tombe sur une page wikifixes.com/errors qui me propose de télécharger le fichier Windows Repair Kit. J'ai essayé toutes ces propositions, rien n'y fait.La seule modification est que Windows update mentionne à présent une mise à jour des fonctionnalités pour la version 1703. On verra ce que ça donne. Les points sont : - Windows Update ne voit aucune mise à jour disponible. - En passant par l'outil Media Creation Tool, il se plante et revient systématiquement en 1607, ule message ci-dessous arrive : Nous n'avons pas pu installer Windows 10 Nous avons restauré votre PC à l'état dans lequel il se trouvait avant que vous ne débutiez l'installation de Windows 10 0x80070490 - 0x20003 L'installation a échoué dans la phase SAFE_OSavec une erreur lors de l'opérateur INSTALL_UPDATES Je n'arrive pas à trouver de correspondance sur le Net. Si quelqu'un peut résoudre mon problème sans que doive tout réinstaller, je lui en serais vraiment reconnaissant. Merci encore et dans l'attente de votre aide Cordialement
