[Résolu][Système] Lancement d'une installation impossible

Bonjour à tous,

 

Après de longues heures de recherche sur les forums et google, je n'ai toujours pas trouver de réponse au problème décrit ci-dessous, qui ma foie, est bien la première fois que je rencontre.

 

 

 

 

PROBLEME : Problème d'installation de logiciels

 

* lorsque je double-clique (à partir d'un cd) sur le setup du logiciel (installation des logicels Canon pour appareil photo num), rien ne se passe. Rien n'indique que le PC travaille, pas de sablier, pas de bruit de lecture du cd ou quoi que ce soit. Juste le bruit de mon double cliquage et moi, l'air hébeté ! lol L'icone du setup reste sélectionné et c'est tout.

 

* l'installation se lance pourtant à partir d'un autre PC

 

* j'ai copié (à partir du même lecteur) le contenu du cd sur le HD pour voir si ca venait du lecteur cd... ca change rien. même à partir du HD, meme résultat.

 

 

 

 

 

HISTORIQUE ET CONFIG DE LA MACHINE

 

* Je viens de réinstaller windows (version légale, SP2)

* sécurisé immédiatement après installation de Windows (Kerio, Avast, Sybot, JV16PowerTools)

* j'ai peu accédé à Internet, et uniquement usage de logiciels d'origines, non virusés

* tout ca se passe à partir d'un compte que j'avais mis en utilisateur avec pouvoir, et que j'ai ensuite passé en administrateur (donc tous ces tests ont lieu en mode admin)

* un set de solution de Ahead incluant InCD et Nero entre autre est la derniere chose que j'ai pu installé correctement à partir du cd

* Firewall Windows désactivé

 

 

 

MES PISTES

 

* explorer corrompu ?

* virus ? mais ca m'étonnerait bcp qd meme !

* firewall bcp trop restrictif ? (Kerio en mode simple)

* problème de blocage de cd qcq ?

 

 

CE QUE JE FAIS TONIGHT

* je n'ai pas encore regardé l'observateur d'evenement suite à un double cliquage. J'y pense

* je lance un rapport hijackthis tonight pour avoir un peu plus d'info

je m'arrête là, je pense pas que vous ayez besoin de connaitre la couleur de la souris ?

Il semblerait que ce problème puisse venir des fichiers .exe qui ne se lancent plus.

 

Si c'est bien le cas,copiez -collez ce qui suit dans le bloc-notes, enregistrez avec un extension.reg et fusionnez:

Update :

 

* Le fix proposé n'a pas fonctionné.

* Il semble que le problème soit spécifique à l'installateur Installshield

 

 

=> Quelqu'un a-t-il rencontré des problèmes de lancement d'une installation Installshield suite à MAJ SP2 ou suite à firewall trop restrictif ou autre ?

Je viens d'avoir plus d'info sur le sujet.

 

 

SOLUTION POTENTIELLE 1

Il semblerait qu'en effet le problème vienne de SP2. SP2 et Installshield 8 sont incompatibles d'après le bulletin de Microsoft. Il faut donc supprimer l'incompatibilité. Zebulon propose une solution ici :

J'ai trouvé un POST sur le même sujet dans un autre forum. Parce que les liens morts apparaissent, je fais un copier-coller (+le lien, tant que ca marche !!)

Programs do not install, Install Shield Issue?

I installed a Slipstream SP2 yesterday. I was able to install everything but a few programs.

 

Certain programs (Quake 3, a few R/C Flight Sim games) do not want to install. I double click the .exe file and NOTHING happens. I diables everything, almost every service, anti-virus and the Win XP Firewall. Still nothing.

 

I found a link here on the Install Shield forums that perhaps setup (install) files created with Install Shield have a problem with Windows XP.

I was having the same problem. Its because SP2 changes permissions for dcom and parts of your registry and they apparently forgot about administrative accounts. First, make sure all services are started(just until youve installed whatever software you were having problems with) and add your account to local admins group. Next do this:

 

a. Click Start, and then click Run.

b. In the Open box, type Dcomcnfg.exe.

c. If the operating system that is running on the computer is Microsoft Windows XP or Microsoft Windows Server 2003, follow these steps:

a. In the left pane of the Component Services window, expand Component Services, and then expand Computers.

b. Right-click My Computer, and then click Properties.

c. In the My Computer Properties dialog box, click the Default COM Security tab.

d. Under the Access Permissions group, click Edit Default.

e. Add the user account, and then select the Allow check box for Access Permission.

f. Click OK in the Access Permission dialog box. Click OK in the My Computer Properties dialog box.

 

Locate the folder <WindowsFolder>\Installer. (For example, on Windows 2000, this

folder would be C:\WINNT\Installer.)*

Right-click the Installer folder, and choose Properties.

Select the Security tab.

Make sure the system, as well as the specific user, has full control of this

folder.

*Note: This folder is hidden by default in the Windows environment. Therefore, it

may be necessary to enter this path directly in the Windows Start | Run dialog to

access this folder.

 

Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE key in the registry

 

RightClick on SOFTWARE

 

LeftClick on Permissions

 

Ensure that U have Administrator listed under Groups or User names

 

Set Allow Full Control for Administrator

 

locate the following registry key:

 

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\In stallShield]

 

Right click this item, and click Permissions...

Please check if Administrators, System and Everyone have Full Control

permission. If not, please grant the Control Panel permission.

Click the Advance button, and check the box "Replace permissions on all child

objects and enable propagation of inheritable permissions" and hit Apply. The

system will give an hour-glass and appear to be frozen, but will continue.

 

Note You may have to restart the computer for the changes to take effect.

 

This fixed it for me.

Après maintes tentatives de résolutions à ce problème, j'ai enfin trouvé la solution.

 

Le problème vient du parfeu : Kerio Personal Firewall.

 

Même désactivé, il bloquait l'installation d'Installshield. Il faut le déinstaller pour permettre l'installation de n'importe quel logiciel/application dont l'installateur est un vieux installshield.

 

Vala.. pour ma part, ca aura résolu le prob.
