pour kapersky ca marche pas ni avec house call!

mon pc me fait des trucs bizarre, du genre quand je suis connecté, il a du mal il m'ouvre des fenêtres mais toujours les mêmes puis il me ferme des fenêtres très lentement du haut au bas , alors je ne sais pas de quoi cela vient il na pas du apprècier toutes les manip!

Lance easycleaner puis clic sur démarrer tu enregistre la liste dans un fichier texte et colle le ici

j'ai fait ce que j'ai pu avec le tuto mais cela ne change rien!

il y a toujours un truc bizarre, quand les fenetres se ferment mais ce n'est pas tout le temps!

je ne sais pas comment il est arrivé là?

Redémarre et dis moi si c'est mieux.

Je reverrai ton problème lundi

 

D'ici là voici ce que tu peut faire :

-Poster dans la section software ils pourront surement t'aider

-Essayer d'installer Firefox et de faire un scan en ligne chez Trend micro pour voir.

en fait, j'ai déjà firefox mais j'essayerai de scanner plus tard!

Dans tous les cas merci pour ton aide, j'ai nettement moins de soucis et un peu + informer de ce qui faut faire pour nettoyer mon pc!
