[resolu]fenêtres intempestives

[le manosquin]

Retraité je ne suis pas expert en informatique et je me retrouve avec des fenêtres du style: system doctor; casino, win antispywares, neavi search; etc... spy boot search and destroy n'y font rien. sur le forum j'ai remarqué qu'il fallait au moins joindre le rapport hijackthis. Je me remet à l'expertise de la communauté pour m'aider à éradiquer tous ces malwares ou spywares indésidables.Merci à l'avance !

Télécharge AVG Anti-Spyware

 

Mets-le à jour puis ferme-le.

 

Redémarre en mode sans échec et lance un "Complete System Scan" avec AVG Anti-Spyware ...

 

A la fin du scan, clique sur le bouton "Apply all actions".

 

Clique sur "Save Report", puis "Save Report As". Ceci génère un rapport en fichier texte que tu posteras ici.

 

Redémarre en mode Normal.

 

Télécharge Blacklight (de F-Secure) et sauvegarde le sur ton Bureau.

 

Double-clique blbeta.exe et accepte la licence

Laisse "scan through Windows Explorer" activé

Clique Scan puis Next ...

 

Tu verras une liste de fichiers détectés apparaître.

Tu verras également un rapport, sur ton Bureau, nommé fsbl.xxxxxxx.log (les xxxxxxx sont des chiffres).

 

NE PAS choisir l'option "Rename" de suite car des fichiers légitimes peuvent être présents ...

 

Poste le rapport Blacklight ici également ...

 

Reposte aussi un nouveau log Hijackthis ...

Voici dans l'ordre les éléments demandés :

Rapport AVG, sachant que la version que j'ai téléchargée est entièrement en français ce qui signifie que les options sur ton message je les ai traduite à ma façon. les boutons qui s'affichent sont: analyse(loupe);bouclier résident;infections;rapports;analyse(boite metall);outils;aide. S'affiche également un onglet" paramètres" sur lequel j'ai cliqué en demandant un rapport après chaque analyse. A la fin du scan j'ai fait une suppression "une fois" des 15 objets qui s'affichaient; puis génération du rapport.

en attentendant que Mykerinos repasse analyser tes logs tu vas faire ceci:

 

1/*Télécharge Brute Force Uninstaller (de Merijn). http://www.merijn.org/files/bfu.zip

Créé un nouveau dossier directement sur le C:\ et nomme-le BFU. Décompresse le fichier téléchargé dans ce nouveau dossier (C:\BFU)

 

Clique droit sur http://metallica.geekstogo.com/EGDACCESS.bfu et choisis "Enregistrer la cible sous..." afin de télécharger EGDACCESS.bfu (de Metallica). Sauvegarde dans le dossier créé (C:\BFU). **Note : si tu utlises Internet Explorer ; lors de la sauvegarde, assure-toi que le champs "Type :" affiche "Tous les fichiers". Tu dois maintenant avoir deux fichiers dans le dossier C:\BFU : EGDACCESS.bfu et BFU.exe (très important).

2/Télécharge et installe les logiciels suivants:

 

- AtfCleaner --> http://www.atribune.org/public-beta/ATF-Cleaner.exe

- Easycleaner --> http://telechargement.zebulon.fr/147-easycleaner.html

- Jv16 Powertools --> http://telechargement.zebulon.fr/201-jv16-powertools.html

- Lis et imprègne toi du tuto "nettoyer le registre", car tu ne pourras pas y accéder en mode sans échec --> http://www.zebulon.fr/articles/base-de-registre-3.php

 

3/Redémarre en mode Sans Échec : au redémarrage, tapote immédiatement la touche F8 ; tu verras un écran avec choix de démarrages apparaître. Utilisant les flèches du clavier, choisis "Mode Sans Échec" et valide avec "Entrée". Choisis ton compte usuel, et non Administrateur.

 

**Démarre le "Brute Force Uninstaller" en double-cliquant BFU.exe (du dossier C:\BFU)

 

- Clique sur le petit dossier jaune, à la droite de la boîte Scriptline to execute, et double-clique sur :

 

EGDACCESS.bfu

 

- Dans la boîte "Scriptline to execute", tu devrais maintenant voir ceci : C:\BFU\EGDACCESS.bfu

 

Clique sur le bouton Execute et laisse-le faire son travail.

 

Attendre que Complete script execution apparaîsse et clique sur OK.

Clique Exit pour fermer le programme BFU.

 

-Redémarre le "Brute Force Uninstaller" en double-cliquant BFU.exe (du dossier C:\BFU)

**refais un scan avg car tu n'as pas entrepris les bonnes actions au nettoyage^^

 

AVG AS puis choisis l'onglet Analyse

Puis l'onglet Paramètres

Sous la question Comment réagir ?, clique sur Actions recommandées et choisis Quarantaine

Re-clique sur l'onglet Analyse puis réalise une Analyse complète du système

 

Si un fichier est infecté détécté en fin d'analyse

Clique sur Appliquer toutes les actions

 

Clique sur Enregistrer le rapport puis sur Enregistrer le rapport sous

Enregistre ce fichier texte sur ton bureau

 

**Nettoie ton système avec Jv16 powertools, Easycleaner et ATF-cleaner

 

 

Easycleaner

 

-Lance Easycleaner "inutiles" et "registre" Ne touche en aucun cas à la fonctions doublons

-Supprime tout ce que te propose Easycleaner

-Vide la corbeille

-Nettoie ton registre selon ce tuto --> http://www.zebulon.fr/articles/base-de-registre-3.php

 

 

 

 

ATF Cleaner

Double-clique ATF-Cleaner.exe afin de lancer le programme.

Sous l'onglet Main, choisis : Select All

Clique sur le bouton Empty Selected

Si tu utilises le navigateur Firefox :

Clique Firefox au haut et choisis : Select All

Clique le bouton Empty Selected

NOTE : Si tu veux conserver tes mots de passe sauvegardés, clique No à l'invite.

Si tu utilises le navigateur Opera :

Clique Opera au haut et choisis : Select All

Clique le bouton Empty Selected

NOTE : Si tu veux conserver tes mots de passe sauvegardés, clique No à l'invite.

Clique Exit, du menu prinicipal, afin de fermer le programme.

 

4/reboot en mode normal,et poste le rapport d'avg,ainsi qu'un nouveau rapport de blacklight,et de hijackthis que Mykerinos regardera.

en attentendant que Mykerinos repasse analyser tes logs tu vas faire ceci:

 

1/*Télécharge Brute Force Uninstaller (de Merijn). http://www.merijn.org/files/bfu.zip

Créé un nouveau dossier directement sur le C:\ et nomme-le BFU. Décompresse le fichier téléchargé dans ce nouveau dossier (C:\BFU)

 

Clique droit sur http://metallica.geekstogo.com/EGDACCESS.bfu et choisis "Enregistrer la cible sous..." afin de télécharger EGDACCESS.bfu (de Metallica). Sauvegarde dans le dossier créé (C:\BFU). **Note : si tu utlises Internet Explorer ; lors de la sauvegarde, assure-toi que le champs "Type :" affiche "Tous les fichiers". Tu dois maintenant avoir deux fichiers dans le dossier C:\BFU : EGDACCESS.bfu et BFU.exe (très important).

 

*ouvre ton bloc note et copie/colle le texte ci dessous:

enregistre le en .bfu sous le nom FIXME.bfu dans c:\bfu, tu t'aperçois donc que tu as 3 fichiers dans le dossier C:\BFU : EGDACCESS.bfu , FIXME.bfu et BFU.exe (très important).

 

2/Télécharge et installe les logiciels suivants:

 

- AtfCleaner --> http://www.atribune.org/public-beta/ATF-Cleaner.exe

- Easycleaner --> http://telechargement.zebulon.fr/147-easycleaner.html

- Jv16 Powertools --> http://telechargement.zebulon.fr/201-jv16-powertools.html

- Lis et imprègne toi du tuto "nettoyer le registre", car tu ne pourras pas y accéder en mode sans échec --> http://www.zebulon.fr/articles/base-de-registre-3.php

 

3/Redémarre en mode Sans Échec : au redémarrage, tapote immédiatement la touche F8 ; tu verras un écran avec choix de démarrages apparaître. Utilisant les flèches du clavier, choisis "Mode Sans Échec" et valide avec "Entrée". Choisis ton compte usuel, et non Administrateur.

Réponse à problème d'affichage éventuel

Je risque d'avoir un problème de lecture en mode sans echec quand je lance AVG S; car l'espace ecran étant réduit avec un affichage en 800x480 (que l'on ne peut pas modifier par l'option d'affichage dans panneau de configuration) je ne peux pas avoir la main sur tous les pavés d'options nottamment celui "Appliquer toutes les options". j'ai déjà dû choisir l'option "quarantaine" à la question "comment réagir" en mode "normal" avant de partir en mode sans échec.

3/Télécharge SmitfraudFix de S!Ri, moe31 et balltrap34 ici:

process.exe est détecté par certains antivirus (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky...) comme étant un RiskTool.

Il ne s'agit pas d'un virus, mais d'un utilitaire destiné à mettre fin à des processus.

 

Dézippe la totalité de l'archive dans un répertoire, exécute Smitfraudfix.cmd

Dans le menu, sélectionne 1 et guarde le rapport

 

4/lance hijackthis "do a system scan only" et coche puis fixchecked uniquement ces lignes:

 

R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Default_Search_URL = about:blank

R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Search,CustomizeSearch = about:blank

R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\SearchURL,(Default) = about:blank

 

5/Redémarre en mode Sans Échec : au redémarrage, tapote immédiatement la touche F8 ; tu verras un écran avec choix de démarrages apparaître. Utilisant les flèches du clavier, choisis "Mode Sans Échec" et valide avec "Entrée". Choisis ton compte usuel, et non Administrateur.

 

**Démarre le "Brute Force Uninstaller" en double-cliquant BFU.exe (du dossier C:\BFU)

 

- Clique sur le petit dossier jaune, à la droite de la boîte Scriptline to execute, et double-clique sur :

 

jarteme.bfu

 

- Dans la boîte "Scriptline to execute", tu devrais maintenant voir ceci : C:\BFU\jarteme.bfu

 

Clique sur le bouton Execute et laisse-le faire son travail.

 

Attendre que Complete script execution apparaîsse et clique sur OK.

Clique Exit pour fermer le programme BFU.

 

**relance SmitfraudFix.cmd

Dans le menu, sélectionne 2 ,repond "oui" ,et guarde le rapport

 

 

6/reboot normal puis reposte un nouveau rapport avg antispyware,un nouveau rapport blbeta ainsi qu'un nouveau rapport hijackthis,ainsi que les rapports 1 et 2 de smitfraudfix

Bonjour et merci de votre aide

 

Je suis les instructions comme indiquées mais j'ai un gros problème pour continuer car mon micro ne veux plus redemarrer en mode sans échec: le curseur se bloque et clignote en haut à gauche de l'écran. Je coupe toutes les sources d'alimentation pour redémarrer et il affiche que windows ne s'est pas arrêté normalement avec un suite d'potions. J'ai essayé option dernière bonne configuration connue(derniers paramètres fonctionnels) mais rien n'y fait. quelle autre option dois je utiliser ?
