pc qui se bloque

Bonjour à tous...

 

Depuis quelques mois j'ai un petit probléme avec mon pc:

 

Lorsque j'utilise internet,mon pc se bloque systématiquement au bout de 5 mn et je suis obligé de l'éteindre manuellement.

Ce problème n'intervient que lorsque j'utilise internet.

 

J'ai fait plein de scan..et j'ai rien trouvé. J'utilise antivir.

 

Savez vous ce que je peux faire pour regler mon problème.

 

Peut etre que c''est mon fournisseur qui bug?? j'utilise noos

 

Est-ce qu'un formatage pourrait resoudre mon probleme?

je viens de lire le post de titus, nous avaons le meme probleme je pense....
