... en tout cas avec FireFox ! Parce que ça semble ne pas fonctionner avec Internet Explorer :P

 

Pour en revenir au favicon et le fait qu'il ne marche pas sur IE c'est parce que IE ne "respecte pas les standards du web" dixit le site du zéro. ( voir ici ) donc il préconise de faire avec le code suivant:

Bonsoir Julien !

 

DreamWeaver®, c'est bien, pour mettre en page tes idées créatrices. Mais il vient un moment où il faut savoir mettre les doigts dans le cambouis, si tu veux réaliser des pages WEB dont tu puisses être fier.

 

Regarde dans les différentes options de la barre de menu de DreamWeaver® : il existe très certainement la possibilité d'afficher dans une fenêtre le code de la page HTML générée, et il me semble même que DreamWeaver® met à ta disposition un éditeur interne qui te permet de modifier ce code à ta guise.

 

La solution que nous te proposons, pour installer une favicon dans la barre d'adresse de ton visiteur, implique que tu insères manuellement quelques lignes à ce code. En regard de l'obtention de l'effet recherché, est-ce vraiment la mer à boire ? :P

Tiens, c'est pas mal, ça... Pour contourner un navigateur qui ne respecte pas les standards, on va mettre en place dans la page du code qui n'est pas standard (un "hack" comme seul IE sait les prendre en compte, avec ses balises rien qu'à lui) !

Je croit que je vais laisser tombé parceque là j'ai rien compris , je met resolu .... :P

De toute facon sa pourra peut etre aider d'autres personnes et qui sait ? Peut etre qu'1 jour j'aurais envie de me pencher un peu plus sur le probleme :P .

merci a tous pour vos reponses ...... cela va surement m'aider quand j'aurais compris exactement où le mettre.

Par défaut il suffit de mettre une image favicon.ico a la racine de ton site internet.

Sinon tu peux utiliser la méthode de GreyWolf, ce qui permet de mettre une image animée via le format gif ^^

J'ai mi une petite image (png je croit) avec comme nom favicon a la racine du site mais il ne s'affiche pas dans firefox.... :P

Sa m'enerve, j'ai essayer les deux solutions (favicon a la racine du site et le script <link href="image(lien)" rel="shortcut icon" type="image/x-icon" />) et apparement sa ne marche pas .

SE que j'ai mi: ----pour href, le lien de l'image sur mon disque dur (dans le dossier du site)

------------------ - --pour rel j'ai laissé shorcut icon

--------------------pour type j'ai laissé comme sa (il faut mettre le format ?)
