pubs intempestives et pc lent

Bonjour à tous,

depuis quelques jours mon pc est devenu lent et chaque fois que je vais sur internet (avec ie ou mozilla) il y a des pubs qui s'ouvre (souvent des pubs pour "spyware-secure" et "drivecleaner.com")

J'avais bitdefender qui ne trouvait rien alors je l'ai desinstaller et j'ai mis avg antivirus free

j'ai mis aussi avg antispyware et avg antirootkit (d'ailleurs je sais pas ce que c'est il trouve des trucs mais il parle anglais donc j'ai rien supprimé)

j'ai fais des scan avec adaware , spybot sd,ewido,a² et le pc est toujours lent et il y a toujours des pubs et je sais plus quoi faire

Bonjour et bienvenue sur Zebulon,

Bitdefender ne semble pas complètement désinstallé. Vérifie qu'il ne reste rien à désinstaller dans le panneau de configuration.

Télécharge Navilog1 (de IL-MAFIOSO).

Décompresse-le, tu auras un dossier avec plusieurs fichiers.

Ouvre Navilog1 (en double-cliquant sur navilog1.bat).

Laisse toi guider par les instructions, au menu principal, choisis l'option 1.

Patiente jusqu'à la fin de l'analyse.

Un rapport va être fait, sauvegarde-le et poste-le.

Ouvre HijackThis.

Clique sur Open the Misc Tools section.

Clique sur Open Uninstall Manager....

Clique sur Save list....

Sauvegarde le rapport et poste-le.

Il te faudra copier ces instructions car tu n'auras pas accès à Internet pour une grande partie des instructions !

Pour copier les instructions tout en gardant la mise en forme, crée un dossier sur ton bureau du nom de Instructions, dans ton navigateur, clique sur Page, Enregistrer sous..., ouvre le dossier Instructions que tu as fait et clique sur Enregistrer.

Clique sur le bouton Démarrer et sur Panneau de configuration (ou Démarrer -> Paramètres -> Panneau de configuration selon les versions).

Double-clique sur un bouton avec un nom qui ressemble à Ajout/Suppression de programmes.

Une liste va apparaître, désinstalle le programme suivant (si tu le trouves) :

- Multi Virus Cleaner 2007 : Tu as déjà assez de logiciels de protection...

Redémarre ton ordinateur.

Dès que ton ordinateur redémarre, appuie plusieurs fois sur le bouton F8 jusqu'à ce qu'un menu à choix multiples apparaisse.

Choisis Mode sans échec.

Ouvre Navilog1 (en double-cliquant sur navilog1.bat).

Laisse toi guider par les instructions, au menu principal, choisis l'option 2.

Laisse-toi guider par les instructions. Patiente jusqu'à la fin de l'analyse.

À la fin du nettoyage, un rapport va être fait, sauvegarde-le.

Redémarre ton ordinateur normalement (pas en mode sans échec).

Fais un nouveau rapport HijackThis et poste-le avec le rapport Navilog1.
