Bonsoir, j'ai un PC Fujitsu-Siemens Scaleo Pa 2540

Carte Mère Asus M2R-FVM

Processeur AMD Ahlon 64 X2 5600 2.6 Ghz

Carte Graphique Radeon X 1700 FSC 256 Mo

Mémoire 2 * 1024 Mo

 

Suite à une désinstalation des drivers et du gestionnaire Catalyst de la Carte Graphique pour mise à jour, je n'arrive plus à réinstaller le gestionnaire Catalyst Control Center d'ATI fournit pourtant sur le CD d'origine de la machine (j'ai vérifié l'état physique de la carte (je précise que le PC date d'un mois) rien à signaler.

De plus je ne connais aucun problème d'affichage.

J'ai téléchargé sur le site du constructeur, sur celui d'ATI et sur touslesdrivers.com ça ne fonctionne pas non plus.

 

J'obtiens à chaque fois le message d'erreur suivant : "aucun matériel compatible trouvé".

 

Pourtant le gestionnaire de périphériques m'indique bien la présence de ma Carte Graphique et ne trouve aucun conflit matériel.

Le site ma-config.com par contre ne la reconnait pas, mais il me propose bien, cependant, de télécharger le bon driver sur touslesdrivers.com.

Si il s'agit du Drivers Ati Radeon version 7.5 WHQL voila pourquoi

 

Drivers Catalyst pour les cartes graphiques équipées d'un chipset Ati Radeon 9500, Radeon 9550, Radeon 9600, Radeon 9700, Radeon 9800, Radeon X300, Radeon X550, Radeon X600, Radeon X700, Radeon X800, Radeon X850, Radeon X1050, Radeon X1200, Radeon X1250, Radeon X1300, Radeon X1550, Radeon X1600, Radeon X1650, Radeon X1800, Radeon X1900, Radeon X1950, Radeon HD 2900 ou Radeon All In Wonder.

Merci, mais j'ai déjà essayé cette mise à jour en ligne du site Fujitsu, malheureusement elle ne détecte aucune mise à jour pour mon matériel.

 

Aucune solution envisagée non plus du côté du support en ligne (je les ai eu au téléphone cet après-midi). Fujitsu m'a simplement dit que ATI ne développe pas Catalyst sur ce modèle de Carte Graphique, alors qu'ils fournissent eux mêmes le gestionnaire Catalyst sur le CD d'installation d'origine ! D'autant plus que, comme je l'ai indiqué dans mon post précédent, ce gestionnaire d'origine fonctionnait très bien jusqu'à ce que j'essaie d'installer la mise à jour.

 

Depuis même après désinstallation complète (drivers et Gestionnaire) impossible de réinstaller le gestionnaire même depuis le CD d'origine, seuls les drivers de la Carte Graphique s'installent. Personne, ici, qui travaillerait chez Fujitsu-Siemens Service PC de Bureau pour Particuliers, par hasard ? LOL
