virus asc3550u

Bonjour, je suis pas très doué alors je poste, mon souci voilà j'ai un trojan le nom du fichier asc3550u il est dans mon systeme et je n'arrive pas a le supprimer, j'ai norton comme anti virus c'est lui qui l'a decelé mais il me dit supprimer manuellement, mais je n'y arrive pas. quant j'allume mon pc j'ai des fentres qui s'ouvre et si je ne les ferme pas rapidement mon ordi redemarre automatiquement. j'ai donc installé spywarefighter qui ne l'a meme pas decelé mais qui me trouve d'autre chose ^^. Ensuite g installée bitedefender8 et lui le voi mais ne peut le suprimer voici le rapport

et là g lu sur votre forum qu'il me fallait avira donc je le telecharge.

Suis-je dans la bonne direction a suivre et pouvez vous m'indiquer la bonne demarche T_T Car avec tous ces anti-virus qui me dise des chose differente je ne sais plus ou j'en suis... merci d'avance a la bonne âme qui voudra bien m'aider

Tu es infecté, mais pour bien commencer la désinfection, il serait bon que tu suives la procédure de prénettoyage que tu trouveras ici, et que tu postes les rapports obtenus.

il ne sert à rien d'intaller plusieurs antivirus sur ton Pc, il n'en faut qu'un et un seul! alors choisis celui que tu veux conserver et supprime l'autre!

dans la procédure de prénettoyage, on te demande d'installer Antivir parce qu'il est léger et se désinstalle facilement après le scan demandé!
