Cherchez ces 2 fichiers et supprimez les

 

C:\WINDOWS\system32\ => sbdfpkht.exe

C:\WINDOWS\system32\ => zxyhpvw.exe

 

Téléchargez ce fichier RemovalTool McAfee Laissez le sur le bureau; n'y touchez pas encore

 

Ensuite retourner dans ajout/suppression de programmes et désinstallez WinSOS, dont l'efficacité est douteuse. Désinstallez aussi McAfee (tout ce qui va concerner McAfee)

Un redémarrage vous sera probablement demandé. Faites le mais en mode sans échec. Lancez l'outil MCPR.exe et finissez la désinstallation.

 

Aller ensuite en Program Files, cherchez les dossiers pour McAfee et Avast!, supprimez ces dossiers. Il est possible que vous trouviez encore d'autres dossiers relatifs dans Document & Settings / Application Data (attention ce sont des dossiers cachés). Il faudra aussi supprimer ces dossiers.

 

Réinstaller Antivir, mais empêchez le de se mettre à jour. Vous le mettrez à jour une fois en mode normal.

 

Courage, vous en avez presque terminé.

Bonjour Azalee.

 

Désolé pour ce petit retard, je suis sous Linux en ce moment. Je prends note de votre volonté d'aller plus loin. mais avant celà, quelques petites manipulations encore.

 

1. Allez dans Ajout/Suppr de programmes. Cherchez dans la liste WinSOS, il sera à désinstaller. Pensez également à supprimer les dossiers en Program Files, et Application Data (idem pour tout autre dossier trouvé relatif à ce programme. J'en profite aussi pour signaler que vous pouvez supprimer tous dossiers relatifs à Avast! et McAfee.

 

2. Ouvrez votre courielleur Outlook (Office) et supprimez les mail avec pièces jointes. Vous devrez prendre dorénavant l'habitude de ramener la pièce jointe, et de la scanner avec AntiVir avant de l'ouvrir. Ceci quelle que soit la provenance de la pièce jointe, autrement dit connaissance ou non, expéditeur connu ou non.

 

3. Effectivement, supprimez tous les outils que je vous ai fait prendre, ainsi que les fichiers texte de rapports. Vous pouvez garder HijackThis.

 

4. Profitez en pour désinstaller éventuellement tout programme dont vous ne vous servez plus.

 

Téléchargez Firefox 2.0.0.6 et utilisez le en navigateur par défaut, en lieu et place de IExplorer 6.

De nombreux tutos existent sur le site Zebulon, pour vous aider à le configurer à votre envie, je recommande en plus le module complémentaire Adblock Plus

Pensez également à supprimer les dossiers en Program Files, et Application Data (idem pour tout autre dossier trouvé relatif à ce programme. J'en profite aussi pour signaler que vous pouvez supprimer tous dossiers relatifs à Avast! et McAfee.

 

2. Ouvrez votre courielleur Outlook (Office) et supprimez les mail avec pièces jointes. Vous devrez prendre dorénavant l'habitude de ramener la pièce jointe, et de la scanner avec AntiVir avant de l'ouvrir. Ceci quelle que soit la provenance de la pièce jointe, autrement dit connaissance ou non, expéditeur connu ou non.

 

3. Effectivement, supprimez tous les outils que je vous ai fait prendre, ainsi que les fichiers texte de rapports. Vous pouvez garder HijackThis.

 

4. Profitez en pour désinstaller éventuellement tout programme dont vous ne vous servez plus.

 

Téléchargez Firefox 2.0.0.6 et utilisez le en navigateur par défaut, en lieu et place de IExplorer 6.

Redémarrez en mode sans échec, puis faites une défragmentation disque système (chez vous C:)

Vous n'aurez pas besoin d'autre logiciel en dehors de votre antivirus.

 

Je suis la seule à utiliser ce PC et je n'utilise plus IE depuis longtemeps mais je n'ai pas osé le desinstallé

en fait c'est mon ordi perso que j'utilise en dépannage au boulot donc j'attends de le ramener chez moi pour supprimer IE et outlook car je vais certainement utilisé Mozilla Thunderbird

Bonsoir.

 

Vous devriez trouver ces rapport en racine de la partition C:

 

rapport.txt et navilog.txt

 

Ce que je propose, c'est optimiser un minimum votre démarrage, installation d'un nettoyeur fichiers temporaires et inutiles, directement exploitable depuis votre bureau, et un passe de votre compte sous utilisateur standard.

La restriction sur votre compte ne devrait pas affecter votre confort d'utilisation PC, hormis quelques petites habitudes à changer, et d'autres à adopter.

En compensation, plus rien ne s'installera à votre insu, ceci est surtout valable pour les publicités intrusives, et autres malware de tout ordre.
