bonjour

voila depuis deux jours ,il est impossible de lire mes messages sur hotmail,je peux ouvrir WLM et tchater avec mes amies mes lorsque je desires ecrire ou voir mes mails .....impossible page blanche et aucun message,que je passe directemnt sur le site de hotmail ou que je passe par WLM,le probleme est idem.j`ai scanner avec les logiciels clasique pour voir si un betete malsaine me bloquer le pc mais rien je suis sous vista home

je fais un scan si dessous mais je ne sais pas si j`ai fais correctement
