Depuis peu mon portable est inhabituellement long à demarrer

Après l'avoir allumé et attendu un bon bout de temps (plus que d'habitude),il se bloque sur une page noir avec le curseur clignotant en haut à gauche.

Je dois faire enter pour qu'il continue à se lancer, ensuite une série de "bip bip ...."retentie assez fortement puis le poste de travail s'affiche enfin.

 

Quelqu'un pourrait-il me dire ce qu'il se passe

Fait un scan avec l'antivirus online kaspersky (utilisé internet explorer), c'est juste au cas où si tu es infécté.

J'ai fais un nettoyage avec ccleaner et kapersky n'a rien détecté.A la fin du scan , je ne sais pas extraire le rapport,rien ne s'affiche

Votre rapport Hijackthis me surprend:

Je ne vois ni parefeu, ni antivirus , ni antispyware.

Ce ne serait pas très sage.

 

Dans l'immédiat, démarrer-Exécuter->Msconfig->Démarrage

supprimez TOUT sauf les protections (mais vous n'en avez pas!)

 

Il se pourrait que cela suffise à règler votre problème.

 

Sinon,faites un démarrage diagnostic à partir de msconfig pour essayer de circonscire le problème.

J'ai fait ce que tu m'a dis mais au redemarrage, l'ecran affiche une fenetre cms.exe avec C\documents and settings\administrateur\ et le curseur clignote.

Si je ferme la fenetre j'ai un ecran tout noir?????

Cms.exe est ,je crois , une saleté dont le forum Sécurité devrait vous débarasser.

En fait il s'agissait d'une fenetre intitulée cmd.exe.

De toute façon depuis hier le systeme ne s'allume plus puisqu'apres le logo windows,cela m'affiche une page bleu avec :

UNMOUNTABLE_BOOT_VOLUME

STOP:0x000000 (0x82342900,0xC0000006,0x00000000,0x00000000)

 

Et je n'ai pas d'autre choix que de rallumer le pc
