bonjour, je suis sous vista, et windows defender à chaque démarrage me supprime le virus ou adaware fotomoto...

Ouvres Trend Micro HijackThis et clique sur do a system scan only , coche les cases suivantes :

Tu est infecté par winable , je te laisse effectuer la procédure de pré nettoyage , qui devrait donner des résultats concrets .

 

Télécharge CCleaner , installes le , et vide les fichiers temporaires .

Je viens complêter la procédure de TheGhostRider

Rogerval, voilà de quelle manière le pc a été infecté, fait passer le message à tes contacts MSN >

1) Commence par désactiver l'UAC comme indiqué dans le lien suivant (on le réactivera plus tard) > http://www.zebulon.fr/astuces/220-desactiv...dans-vista.html

 

2) Télécharge MSNFix.zip (de !aur3n7) sur ton bureau:

 

Décompresse-le (clic droit >> Extraire ici) et double clique sur le fichier MSNFix.bat

- Exécute l'option R.

- Si l'infection est détectée, un message l'indiquera et il suffira de presser une touche pour lancer le nettoyage

 

Note :

Si une erreur de suppression est détectée un message s'affichera demandant de redémarrer l'ordinateur afin de terminer les opérations. Dans ce cas il suffit de redémarrer l'ordinateur en mode normal

 

- Le rapport sera enregistré dans le même dossier que MSNFix sous forme date_heure.txt

 

3) Télécharge VundoFix.exe (par Atribune) sur ton Bureau.

• Double-clique VundoFix.exe afin de le lancer
  
• Clique sur le bouton Scan for Vundo
  
• Lorsque le scan est complété, clique sur le bouton Remove Vundo
  
• Une invite te demandera si tu veux supprimer les fichiers, clique YES
  
• Après avoir cliqué "Yes", le Bureau disparaîtra un moment lors de la suppression des fichiers
  
• Tu verras une invite qui t'annonce que ton PC va redémarrer; clique OK
  
• Copie/colle le contenu du rapport situé dans C:\vundofix.txt.
  

Note: Il est possible que VundoFix soit confronté à un fichier qu'il ne peut supprimer. Si tel est le cas, l'outil se lancera au prochain redémarrage; il faut simplement suivre les instructions ci-haut, à partir de "clique sur le bouton Scan for Vundo".

 

Poste les deux rapports ainsi qu'un nouveau rapport hijackthis

On dirais que l'on est tombé sur un lourdeau

 

Je vais essayer de t'aider tu mieu que je peut .

 

Télécharge CCleaner et installes-le . Lance le et clique sur nettoyer ( permet de vider simplement tes fichiers temporaires , certains me paraisent bizarres )

 

Si ce n'est pas dèjà fait , télécharge AVG Antiwpyware , installes le et met le à jour .

Redémarre le pc en mode sans echec ( tapoter la touche [F8] au demarrage et choisir l'option démarer en mode sans echec .

 

Lance AVG antiwpyware et effectue un scan complet de la machine , supprimes ou met en quarantaine ce que AVG aura trouvé , et enregistre le rapport , tu le postera ici ( a la fin de l'analyse tu cliquera sur " enregistrer rapport " ) .

 

Pour revenir en mode normal il te suffira de simplement redémarrer

Le pc est encore infecté Rogerval ! en fait la première étape consistait à te débarrasser du vers MSN > ce qui est fait.

Pour ce qui est de la seconde infection, je cherche un moyen d'éradication car il y a peu de programmes de désinfection qui fonctionnent sous Vista... (celui qui s'en occupe n'est pas compatible!)

Tu peux passer AVG Antispyware comme te le suggère TheGhostRider, mais je ne vraiment pas sûr qu'il viendra à bout de cette infection (sans vouloir être alarmiste!)

Je recherche quelques infos et te les poste : n'oublie pas de copier/coller ici le résultat du scan avec AVG stp
