Connection internet devenue tres lente

Etant habitué a telecharger a au moins 150ko/s, ca m'a fait tout bizzare de passer en l'espace d'une semaine a 15ko/s maximum. J'ai lu a gauche a droite sur internet qu'il etait recommandé dans cette situation d'utiliser Hijackthis.

 

J'ai donc fait un scan, que j'ai fais analyser automatiquement sur http://www.hijackthis.de/fr#anl, qui n'a rien trouvé de concluant. Dans le doute, voici toujours mon log :
