SpywareDoctor est un programme légitime......ne serais surpris que cette fenêtre DOS soit reliée à un problème de pestes.....mais je me demande pourquoi tout de même elle apparaît ??

tu as un bon antivirus et un bon antispyware.....que te dise les résultats de scans???

..si tu soupçonnes de l'infection et tu veux en avoir le coeur net (pense à supprimer ,le cas échéant,les sauvegardes de ton antivirus et autres logiciels anti-véroles (il faut que tu soit certain que ces possibles suavegardes sont belles et bien d'anciennes menaces et non des faux positifs).....ca évitera à kaspersky de prendre celles-ci comme des menaces.....

-Scan en ligne Kaspersky

-Clique sur Accept

Une barre jaune va te demander si tu acceptes d'installer le Kavwebscan_Unicode.cab, installe l'Active X.

clique une nouvelle fois sur "Accept"

Les bases de mises à jour vont s'installer, patiente un moment

-Clique sur Next.

-Clique sur My Computer, le scan se met en route; attends la fin du scan sans fermer la fenêtre sinon il s'arrêtera.

A la fin du scan, si des objets infectés sont découverts, clique sur Save report as... Choisis bureau et nomme le rapport "rapport Kaspersky" et dans le champ d'enregistrement, choisis "fichiers texte" enregistre alors le rapport.

Copie/colle la totalité du fichier texte ouvert, par clic droit dessus, sélectionner tout/copier.

Colle ce rapport dans ta réponse sur le forum.

NOTE: Le scan est à faire avec Internet Explorer.

Bienvenue sur le forum!!

Ce que je te recommande est un minimum demandé par l' "Équipe Sécurité" avant d'aller plus loin....et prend le temps de tout lire avant de commencer . Ça te donnera une idée des étapes (facile ) et des procédures à faire .....et en ayant une idée claire ça te sauvera ,peut être ,de possible dédoublements de manipulations .

Suppression des fichiers temporaires

Télécharge ATF Cleaner par Atribune (gratuit)

ATF

Double-clique ATF-Cleaner.exe afin de lancer le programme

Petit programme gratuit ne nécessitant pas d'installation et sans danger. Parfois avec les ordis moins performants le nettoyage est lourd ,alors y aller deux cases à la fois. (si tes cookies te sont précieux ,exclu les)

Sous l'onglet Main, choisis : Select All (ou deux cases à la fois....mais fait toutes les cases )

Si tu utilises le navigateur Firefox :

Clique Firefox au haut et choisis : Select All
Clique le bouton Empty Selected

NOTE : Si tu veux conserver tes mots de passe sauvegardés, clique No à l'invite.

Si tu utilises le navigateur Opera :

Clique Opera au haut et choisis : Select All
Clique le bouton Empty Selected

NOTE : Si tu veux conserver tes mots de passe sauvegardés, clique No à l'invite.

Clique Exit, du menu prinicipal, afin de fermer le programme.

Le téléchargement est dans le lien du pré-nettoyage...mais ne commence pas tout de suite cette procédure

de pré-nettoyage.....seulement aller chercher le fichier d'installation Antivir et enregistre le sur ton bureau

Avant d'installer Antivir,désactive ton antivirus NOD32 tout le temps de ces procédures (c'est rare que des conflits majeurs surviennent mais comme exemple ,Antivir et Kaspersky ne font pas bon ménage ...surtout lors d'un redémarrage.

Le Pré-Nettoyage de Megataupe

Pré-Nettoyage

Imprime le texte car en mode sans échec tu ne pourra avoir accès au net (tu auras les infos pour y aller dans le lien du pré-nettoyage). Parfois démarrer/fermer est plus long en mode sans échec...soit patient. L'affichage sera altéré...c'est normal....ça reviendra normal suite à un redémarrage .

Profite du mode sans échec pour passer tout tes logiciels de nettoyage en ce mode (SywareDorctor et cie)...

Tu devras te défaire de l’un des deux antivirus…..si ton NOD 32 est expiré ou sur le point d’être expiré et que tu ne veux pas acheter la licence ...ou si tu aimes Antivir alors tu devras désinstaller NOD32 proprement

On parle de supprimer Antivir suite à ce nettoyage …alors si tu veux le faire décoller,

tu auras les indications dans le lien du pré-nettoyage de Megataupe

Désactive NOD32 pendant et tout le temps ou Antivir est activé…même que l’idéal serait que tu supprime Antivir ou NOD32 à la fin du pré-nettoyage avant de redémarrer ton ordi (tu n’auras qu’a imprimer les directives dans le pré-nettoyage sur la désinstallation de Antivir ou si tu choisis de supprimer NOD32, alors cherche la meilleur façon avant de te lancer

Souvent le pré-nettoyage n'est pas suffisant pour tout supprimer...mais ça peut arriver que ça règle les ennuis...alors ça prendra tous tes rapports et ensuite l'Équipe Sécurité te guidera pour parfaire le travail....ou te confirmer que tout est sain

Secunia Software Inspector

Ce test ne nécessite aucune installation de logiciel

Va à "Start Now"
Tu devras accepter l'analyse (sans obligation de cocher la petite case "Toujours faire confiance au contenu....." ) et ensuite tu fais "Exécuter"

Ensuite tu dois aller à "Start"
active la petite case à :

Enable thorough system inspection.

Enable the Secunia Software Inspector to search for software installed in non-default locations.

....et suit les recommandations....
