Salut à tous ...

Double-clique sur le raccourci Navilog1 présent sur le bureau

et laisse-toi guider. Au menu principal, choisis 2 et valide.

Le fix va t'informer qu'il va alors redémarrer ton PC.

Ferme toutes les fenêtres ouvertes et enregistre tes documents

personnels ouverts.

Appuie sur une touche comme demandé.

(si ton Pc ne redémarre pas automatiquement, fais le toi même)

Au redémarrage de ton PC, choisis ta session habituelle.

Patiente jusqu'au message :

*** Nettoyage Termine le ..... ***

Le bloc-notes va s'ouvrir.

Sauvegarde le rapport de manière à le retrouver.

Referme le bloc-notes. Ton bureau va réapparaitre.

PS : si ton bureau ne réapparait pas, fais CTRL+ALT+SUPP pour

ouvrir le Gestionnaire de Tâches.

Puis rends-toi à l'onglet "Processus".

Clique en haut à gauche sur Fichiers et choisis Exécuter.

Tape explorer et valide ; cela fera réapparaitre ton bureau.

Poste le rapport.

Ensuite, ...

Fermes Internet Explorer ...

Puis, > Démarrer > Panneau de config. > Options internet...

- onglet "Contenu" puis onglet "Certificats" ;

si tu trouves ceux-ci, en particulier dans "éditeurs approuvés",

mais regarde ailleurs :

electronic-group

egroup

Montorgueil

VIP

"Sunny Day Design Ltd"

Supprime-le(s) !

Par conséquent, leur installation/réinstallation est à proscrire !

Tu relances HijackThis , tu cliques sur " do a system scan only" et a coté des lignes que je t'ai dit tu coches une petite case , une fois toutes les cases que je t'ai dit cochés , tu clic sur " fix checked "

Bonjour Styx et merci de prendre du temps pour me venir en aide.

J'ai téléchargé hier soir ANTIVIR en désactivant norton av. et en sachant qu'il me faudra choisir entre les deux à terme. J'ai fait une analyse complète, il a trouvé

et une nouvelle fois à un autre endroit :

Tous les 3 se trouvaient à un endroit nommé ??? désolé, j'ai oublié mais il y avait "restore"(ça, c'est sûr) et ensuite Asuivi de chiffres dont je ne me souviens pas exactement du style A0310

La quarantaine était proposée mais comme ces trucs me paniquent, j'ai supprimé aussitôt, la prochaine fois (enfin j'espère qu'il n'y en aura pas) je demanderai avant de supprimer.

Bonjour Styx et merci de prendre du temps pour me venir en aide.
J'ai téléchargé hier soir ANTIVIR en désactivant norton av. et en sachant qu'il me faudra choisir entre les deux à terme. J'ai fait une analyse complète, il a trouvé etc etc

Re bonjour ou bonsoir. Comme je suis maso et n'y comprends rien, j'ai refait un scan online avec kaspersky : RAS

Puis ce soir, enfin il y a 2 heures, car c'est le temps d'une analyse, j'ai refait avec ANTINIR. Tout compte fait, j'aurais dû aller me balader dans la forêt de mimosas...
