Fenêtres Intempestives / Messenger Skinner

bonjour,

après avoir malencontreusement installé Messenger Skinner, des fenêtres intempestives s'ouvrent systématiquement lorsque j'utilise IE7 ou Firefox sous Vista.

J'ai désinstallé ce programme mais le problème a persisté.

J'ai lancé des analyses/corrections avec Ad-Aware, Spybot S&D, A-Squared, CCleaner,.. rien n'y fait.

A la lecture de ce forum, j'ai lancé un scan Hijachthis et j'ai copié/collé ci-dessous le fichier Log.

Quelqu'un peut-il m'aider?

Sous Vista:

Désactiver le contrôle des comptes utilisateurs ( le réactiver après la désinfection):

- Démarrer puis panneau de configuration->"Comptes d'utilisateurs"

- Cliquer ensuite sur désactiver et valider.

 

# Si vous utilisez Antivir (ce qui est recommandé), vous devez désactiver la protection en temps réel, Antivir détecte certains composant de navilog1 comme néfaste.

 

* Pour cela, faites un clic droit sur l'icône Antivir en bas à droite à côté de l'horloge puis Disable Guard.

Télécharger maintenant Navilog1 depuis-ce lien :

. et enregistrez-le sur lebureau.

Ensuite double cliquer sur navilog1.exe pour lancer l'installation.

Une fois l'installation terminée, Faire un Clic-droit sur le raccourci Navilog1 présent sur ton bureau et choisis "Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur".

 

 

 

Au menu principal, Faire le choix 1

Suivre les instructions et patienter jusqu'au message :

j'ai résolu le problème en restaurant une sauvegarde automatique de Windows Vista faite il y a une semaine.

 

Depuis cette date, peu de modifications avaient été effectuées sur mon pc.

 

La restauration a conservé tous les docs (sauf les fichiers exécutables (.exe) enregistrés depuis), images, musiques et vidéos présents.

Les favoris IE et Mozilla ont été conservés.

 

En revanche les programmes installés depuis le point de restauration ont été supprimés.

 

Je n'ai plus de problème pour l'instant...

 

J'ai ré-installé ad-awre, spybot s&d et antivir...

 

Il me semble que cette solution est intéressante si elle est appliquée dès constation du problème.

Il faut donc penser à créer un point de restauration du système avant chaque nouvelle installation.
