* La fenêtre "Configuration" va s'ouvrir

* Cliquer sur Delete a NT service...

* La fenêtre "Delete a Windows NT service" va s'ouvrir

* Saisir dans la zone de dialogue :Boonty

Ensuite se rendre ici:

et supprimer le dossier BOONTY Shared

 

Pour supprimer Ctfmon: Panneau de configuration->Options Régionales et linguistiques->Désactiver Langues d'Extrême Orient

 

Réactivez antivir,

 

Faites un scan en mode sans échec

 

Redémarrez en mode normal.

------> Il se peut que la fenêtre devienne blanche pendant le scan, c'est normal !

* Copier-coller le contenu du rapport qui apparait dans la fenêtre blanche.

 

avec aussi un rapport Hijackthis et vos commentaires sur le fonctionnement du Pc, svp.

Bonjour,

Je ne sais pas comment désactiver Langues d'Extrême Orient car dans Options régionales et linguistiques je trouve que "prise en charge de langues supplémentaire " et dedans ce cadre "Installer les fichiers langue ou installer les fichiers langues d'extreme orient. "

Donc SVP dites moi ou trouver ? Merci

Il faut que ce soit décoché puis appliquer.

Si c'est déjà fait ne vous en souciez pas.

Après l'installation onglet Règlages cocher Bho et ActiveX.

Dans Outils ActiveX, supprimez:

Votre Hijakthis est propre.

Vous ne devriez plus avoir d'ennuis.

Oui, la case concernant les langues d'extrème orient est décoché, hier aussi elle était déjà décochée.

 

J'avais déjà spybot auparavant mais je l'avais désinstallé car agaçant car message chaque fois que je faisais quelque chose sur mon PC. Mais je vais le remettre et je verrais si ça fait toujours la même chose.

 

Merci je n'ai plus de problèmes de publicité en même temps que mes pages internet mais vous ou quelqu'un d'autre peut il résoudre le soucis de la fermeture et démarrage qui se déroulent plus comme avant ? Et concernant ce cadre qui s'affiche sur mon bureau au départ et concernant les status ? J'avais fait une copie écran du message qui se met, mais je ne sais pas comment l'importer ici pour que vous vous rendiez mieux compte.

Pour le démarrage:

 

Démarrer->Exécuter

tapez

control userpasswords2

 

Dans la fenêtre qui s'ouvre Décocher "Les Utilisateurs doivent....."

 

 

Pour la case status:

 

Dans Hijackthis cochez puis Fix checked Toutes les lignes 04

sauf les protections antivirus, antispyware, parefeu

Donc sauf Antivir, Spyblocker, Spybot

Je ne vois pas de parefeu.Je suppose que vous utilisez celui de Windows.

S'il vous gêne, n'utilisez pas Tea Timer de Spybot. C'est luiquivous interroge quand le régistre est mofifié.C'est aussi une protection.

Mais reste pour arréter et pour le ctrl+alt+supp (un cadre sécurité Windows s'ouvre) qui sont différents. Différent mais pas génant. C'est plus long et c'est une habitude a prendre ! :P

Quel problème avez vous pour "arrêter" ?

 

ctrl+alt+supp c'est pour ouvrir le gestionnaire de tâches , ce qui se fait aussi par clic droit sur la barre de tâches.

Mais je ne vois pas ce qui pourrait être "un cadre sécurité Windows s'ouvre".

 

Télécharger SmitfraudFix sur http://siri.urz.free.fr/Fix/SmitfraudFix.zip

Dézipper la totalité de l'archive smitfraudfix.zip

 

Utilisation ----- option 1 - Recherche :

Double cliquer sur smitfraudfix.cmd

Sélectionner 1 pour créer un rapport des fichiers responsables de l'infection.

Poster le rapport sur le forum.

 

process.exe est détecté par certains antivirus (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky Anti-Virus) comme étant un RiskTool. Il ne s'agit pas d'un virus, mais d'un utilitaire destiné à mettre fin à des processus. Mis entre de mauvaises mains, cet utilitaire pourrait arrêter des logiciels de sécurité (Antivirus, Firewall...) d'où l'alerte émise par ces antivirus.

Utilisation -----> option 2 -Nettoyage :

Redémarrer l'ordinateur en mode sans échec (tapoter F8 au boot pour obtenir le menu de démarrage ).

Double cliquer sur smitfraudfix.cmd

Sélectionner 2 pour supprimer les fichiers responsables de l'infection.

A la question Voulez-vous nettoyer le registre ? répondre O (oui) afin de débloquer le fond d'écran et supprimer les clés de démarrage automatique de l'infection.

Le fix déterminera si le fichier wininet.dll est infecté. A la question Corriger le fichier infecté ? répondre O (oui) pour remplacer le fichier corrompu.

Redémarrer en mode normal et poster le rapport sur le forum.

 

N.B.: Cette étape élimine les fichiers infectieux détectés à l'étape #1

Attention que l'option 2 de l'outil supprime le fond d'écran !
