Rend toi sur cette page afin de télécharger le fichier fix.reg sur ton bureau > http://www.sendspace.com/file/sxcooy

pour cela, clique sur le lien en bas de page > pointright.gifDownload Link: fix.reg

Double-clique sur le fichier et accepte la fusion avec le registre quand le message s'affiche Tu peux éliminer le fichier après ca.

 

On élimine les programmes téléchargés avec ce programme (que tu éliminera une fois son travail effectué) >>

 

  • Télécharge ToolsCleaner2 sur ton Bureau.
  • Clique sur Recherche et laisse le scan se terminer.
  • Clique sur Suppression pour finaliser.
  • Tu peux, si tu le souhaites, te servir des Options facultatives.
  • Clique sur Quitter, pour que le rapport puisse se créer.
  • Poste moi le rapport (TCleaner.txt) qui se trouve à la racine de ton disque dur( C:\).

les soucis aussi d'un autre ordre : je ne peux plus répondre aux mails. lorsque je clic sur répondre il m'envoie un message "demarage de word comme éditeur de votre messagerie " et là le sablier est apparent et rien ne se passe

 

est ce grave doc?

bon comme je suis bloqué pour certaine opération j'ai essayeé quelques trucs/

j'ai refait des scan avec kaper mais avec en choix les folders un par un, c'est long mais j'ai pu avoir les rapports

Il s'agit de points de restauration infectés, que je t'aurais demandé de nettoyer au dernier message: c'est une infection inactive tant qu'on ne restaure pas le pc à une date antérieure: pas de souci de ce côté!

Il ne s'agit pas d'un virus ni d'un malware bien entendu! Tu peux passer par le Panneau de Configuration > Ajouter/Supprimer des Programmes et désinstaller Panda NANOSCAN

Ca évitera que tu reçoives des alertes de la part d'Antivir qui lui aussi est en conflit avec ce contrôle active x installé par Panda!

 

On va à présent nettoyer les points de restauration comme je te disait plus haut >>

 

Désactive puis réactive la restauration système comme ceci:aide visuelle

Clique sur Démarrer.

Clique avec le bouton droit sur l'icône Poste de travail, puis cliquez sur Propriétés.

Clique sur l'onglet «Restauration du système».

Sélectionne «Désactiver la Restauration du système» ou «Désactiver la Restauration du système sur tous les lecteurs»

Clique sur "Appliquer".

Comme le dit le message, ceci supprimera tous les points de restauration existants. Pour faire cela, clique sur Oui.

Clique sur OK.Redémarre ton PC. Fais l'opération inverse, et réactive la restauration:un nouveau point sera automatiquement créé.

Ce problème que tu cites plus haut >

les soucis aussi d'un autre ordre : je ne peux plus répondre aux mails. lorsque je clic sur répondre il m'envoie un message "demarage de word comme éditeur de votre messagerie " et là le sablier est apparent et rien ne se passe

ca n'est manifestement pas dû à une infection: tu peux poster une demande sur le bon forum > http://forum.zebulon.fr/index.php?showforum=12

j'ai effectué la restauration comme indiqué mais je ne trouve pas pande nanoscan ni bearshare dans "ajouter supprimer les prog". je vois le dossier "bearshare" alors avant de faire une betisse est ce que je la supprime?

pour nanoscan je le trouve dans le repertoire /panda qu'est ce que je fais?

 

je te joins egalement le rapport du dernier scan antivir que j'ai refait( avvant les manip) mais avec la configuration du tutoriel de je ne sais plus qui.

pour le problème avec outloock, tu as sans doute raison mais je souhaite te faire part de mes dernieres investigations

j'ai trouvé que le probleme se produisait tjrs avec le meme mail il bloque tout, je ne sais pas si c'est important de savoir ce que c'est , ou simplement le detruire (efficacité?)

qu'en penses tu? virus?
