Bonjour !

 

Mon PC (fixe/Windows xp) est infecté depuis presque 1 mois. Des fenêtres publicitaires intenpestives apparraissent régulièrement quand je vais sur internet (Mozila Firefox).

 

Aussi, je sollicite votre aide pour me débarasser de ce problème qui m'ennuie et qui ralentie mon ordinateur.

 

Suite aux conseils que j'ai trouvé sur ce forum, j'ai déjà insatallé Avira Antivir Personnal Ed (à la place d'Avast Antivirus) et la dernière version d'Internet Explorer 7,

 

puis Hijackthis.

 

J'ai donc effectué un premier Scan en mode "Expert" avec Avira Antivir, puis j'ai paramètré Internet Explorer 7 (que je n'utilse pas, j'utilise Mozilla firefox), enfin j'ai lancé une

Bonsoir, il y a bien une infection. On va vérifier son étendue dans un premier temps.

 

 

* Clique sur ce lien de navilog1 de IL-MAFIOSO :

http://perso.orange.fr/il.mafioso/Navifix/Navilog1.exe

* Enregistre le fichier sur ton bureau.

* Ensuite double clique sur navilog1.exe pour lancer l'installation.

* Une fois l'installation terminée, le fix s'exécutera automatiquement.

(Si ce n'est pas le cas, double-clique sur le raccourci Navilog1 présent sur le bureau).

* Laisse-toi guider. Au menu principal, choisis 1 et valide.

(ne fais pas le choix 2,3 ou 4 sans accord)

* Cela dure un moment, attends le message :

*** Analyse Termine le ..... ***

* Appuie sur une touche comme demandé, le bloc note va s'ouvrir.

* Copie-colle l'intégralité du rapport dans ton prochain post. Referme le bloc note.

 

Note :

Le rapport est aussi sauvegardé à la racine du disque (fixnavi.txt)

Si ton antivirus se plaint de fichiers de Navilog1, dis lui d'ignorer les fichiers.

Bonjour et merci pour ta réponse !

 

A la suite de mon premier message dans lequel je te demandais de l'aide pour désinfécter mon pc, j'ai fait une mauvaise manipe et mon ordinateur a planté.

 

J'ai donc du faire faire chez l'informaticien du coin, une réinstallation du système en conservant les données stockés sur mon disque dur.

 

J'ai récupéré mon pc aujourd'hui. J'ai réinstallé Avira Antivir, ZoneAlarm et Hijackthis (j'ai églement installer Navilog, mais je ne l'ai pas utilisé, je n'est pas fait d'analyse,

 

j'attends tes instructions ...) Les nouveaux rapports se trouvent à la fin de ce message.

 

Peux tu m'aider à les interpreter et me dire s'il reste encore sur mon pc des traces d'infections quelconques.

 

Si oui, que dois je faire pour m'en débarasser et si ce n'est pas le cas, qu'est ce que je peux faire ou que dois je installer pour sécuriser et préserver mon pc

 

des "malwares", des "infections", "fenêtres pub inempestives", .... J'utilise Windows xp et Mozilla firefox. J'ai déja Antivir et ZoneAlarm. J'ai entendu parler de Spybot

 

desktop, Ad aware, regcleaner, capcleaner, a2, ... , est ce nécessaire d'installer un de ces logiciels. Si oui, le ou lesquels de préférence ? Dans quel but et comment le ou les

 

utiliser ?

Bonsoir, ton système est propre, si il a été reformaté, cela n'a rien d'étonnant... plus besoin de navilog tu peux le désinstaller.

Dommage toutefois d'en être arrivé là.

 

 

Pour protéger ton ordinateur, ne multiplie pas les outils anti spyware et autres.

 

Je te recommande StripMyrights pour surfer en mode limité (les malwares ont besoin des privilèges administrateur pour s'installer, ce programme te permettra de les retirer au navigateur. Voici un tuto, d'oGu : http://forum.zebulon.fr/tuto-strip-my-rights-t134302.html

 

Un bon antispyware (sans installation et non résident, qui n'encombrera pas la mémoire) est Ewido Micro Scanner :

Par contre il est tout simple et n'offre pas de protection temps réel. windows Defender (sur windows légaux) peut faire une bonne base, à compléter par Ewido par exemple.

 

Ad-aware et spybot ne sont pas mauvais, mais ce sont des logiciels à réserver à une utilisation secondaire. Leurs modules tmeps réel sont payants pour l'un (ad-aware) et limités pour l'autre (spybot), ce sont des scanneurs de petit gibier. Au choix.

 

Ccleaner et RegCleaner sont des nettoyeurs de registre, pour une utilisation contre spywares, ils sont rarement utiles.

Après, optimiser, bof, on ne gagne pas grand chose, à utiliser (au choix) après de bons backups... :P
