Bonjour,

Hier j'ai ouvert un programme.. Je le regrette encore..

Voila tout les problèmes que je rencontre

 

-> Dans firefox Impossible d'accéder a certain site comme Google, ou faire des recherches.. Pour que ça remarche il faut que je réinstalle firefox, mais une fois mon pc redémarrer ou que je ferme la fenêtre.. Paf plus rien le problème est de nouveau de retour.

 

-> J'ai des fenêtre intempestive comme http://www.gladiatus.fr/?kid=a-0370[...]8-0802-a07071d2

Qui s'ouvre.

 

-> même problème sur Internet explo mais en pire. Des fenêtre de partout "attention votre pc cours sans doute un risque" ou même la proposition d'installé LibreSysteme ou meme REPARATEURDESYSTEME ... j'en peut plus c'est trop chiant.. Aidez moi je vous en supplies...

Morphine63, est ce toi qui a posté avec le pseudo c-ver en second message ? Si ce n'est pas le cas, je conseille à c-ver d'ouvrir un topic pour lui afin de ne pas mélanger les désinfections.

Merci pour ton aide "Invité". Sur les forums sécurité, nous adaptons nos procédures selon les cas d'infection. Kaspersky est un excellent produit mais il ne nettoiera pas la totalité de l'infection malheureusement.

Morphine63, voilà ce que tu peux faire >>

 

 

1) Clique ICI pour télécharger le fichier d'installation d'HijackThis :

  1. Enregistre HJTInstall.exe sur ton bureau hjt.gif
  2. Double-clique sur HJTInstall.exe pour lancer le programme
  3. Par défaut, il s'installera là || C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HijackThis
  4. Accepte la license en cliquant sur le bouton "I Accept"
  5. Choisis l'option "Do a system scan and save a log file"
  6. Clique sur "Save log" pour enregistrer le rapport qui s'ouvrira avec le bloc-note
  7. Clique sur "Edition -> Sélectionner tout", puis sur "Edition -> Copier" pour copier tout le contenu du rapport
  8. Colle le rapport que tu viens de copier sur ce forum
  9. Ne fixe encore AUCUNE ligne, cela pourrait empêcher ton PC de fonctionner correctement

2) Télécharge SmitfraudFix de S!Ri sur ton bureau

  • Double clique sur SmitfraudFix.exe
  • Une fenêtre va s'ouvrir, choisis l'option 1
  • Copie/colle le contenu du bloc-note qui s'ouvre dans ton prochain post.
  • Note: si tu as une version de Smitfraudfix, ne l'utilise pas! élimine là et télécharge la dernière version.

Note : process.exe est détecté par certains antivirus (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky Anti-Virus) comme étant un RiskTool. Il ne s'agit pas d'un virus, mais d'un utilitaire destiné à mettre fin à des processus. Mis entre de mauvaises mains, cet utilitaire pourrait arrêter des logiciels de sécurité (Antivirus, Firewall...) d'où l'alerte émise par ces antivirus.

ok, il s'agit de l'infection Vundo que l'on va éliminer grace à ComboFix >>

 

Etant donné que ton pc est sous Vista, il va falloir commencer par désactiver l'UAC comme ceci >>

Une fois ceci fait, exécute ce scan et poste le rapport >>

 

Télécharge combofix.exe de sUBs

  • Assure toi que tous les programmes sont fermés avant de lancer le fix!
  • Fait un double clique sur combofix.exe.
  • Clique sur Oui au message de Limitation de Garantie qui s'affiche.
  • Il est possible que ton parefeu te demande si tu acceptes ou non l'accès de nircmd.cfexe à la zone sure: accepte!
  • Note: Ne ferme pas la fenêtre qui vient de s'ouvrir , tu te retrouverais avec un bureau vide !
  • Lorsque le scan est terminé, un rapport sera généré : poste en le contenu dans ton prochain message.

ComboFix s'est occupé de l'infection.

 

On va finir avec un scan en ligne >>

 

Assure toi que les contrôles activeX soient bien configurés dans les options internet comme décrit sur ce lien=> Cybersécurité

 

  • Fais un scan en ligne Kaspersky
  • Clique sur Accept
  • Une barre jaune va te demander si tu acceptes d'installer le Kavwebscan_Unicode.cab, installe l'Active X.
  • clique une nouvelle fois sur "Accept"
  • Les bases de mises à jour vont s'installer, patiente un moment
  • Clique sur Next.
  • Clique sur My Computer, le scan se met en route; attends la fin du scan sans fermer la fenêtre sinon il s'arrêtera.

 

A la fin du scan, si des objets infectés sont découverts, clique sur Save report as... Choisis bureau et nomme le rapport "rapport Kaspersky" et dans le champ d'enregistrement, choisis "fichiers texte" enregistre alors le rapport.

 

Copie/colle la totalité du fichier texte ouvert, par clic droit dessus, sélectionner tout/copier.

 

Colle ce rapport dans ta réponse sur le forum.

NOTE: Le scan est à faire avec Internet Explorer.

Note2: ne t'inquiêtes pas si tu vois beaucoup d'élements détectés: il s'agira en partie des éléments mis en quarantaine.
