Bonjour,

je rencontre un problème depuis quelques jours.

J'ai ( a mes connaissances ) tout essayer, BIOS, déconnexion des périphériques etc...

Mes ports USB en façade ou arrier aussi, ne veulent plus marche correctement quand je branche n'importe quel matos dessus si eux même n'ont pas une alimentation propre.

Si je met mes clé USB par exemple, rien....même si le diode d'arrivé d'alim s'allume correctement

Si je met un DD externe auto alimenté, sa marche...

Les clé marchent sur un autre pc.

J'ai rien rajouter comme périphériques supplémentaire, j'ai un ALIM de 450W.

Je suis preneur de tout test que vous aller me proposer pour essayer de voir d'où vient le problème.

En premier lieu je verrais un problème d'alim et il faudrait essayer avec une autre ou tester les tensions

 

sinon, problème de carte mère ou de drivers usb

 

quelle CM, quel chipset, quel os?

Bonjour,

essais dans panneau de configuration,systeme,gestion periphérique.

Supprimes le pilote et relance l'ordi, xp va te detecter le nouveau materiel et va te reinstaller le pilote,tu verras si ca fonctionne.Sinon tentes déjà une mise à jour pilote.

Voilà.Si ça fonctionne tjrs pas peut être faudrait il envisager de changer la carte usb (8euros environ).

Mostro ne dit pas que ses ports usb ne marchent plus mais qu'ils ne sont plus alimentés, ce qui est différent

 

c'est pourquoi j'envisage l'alim en premier, et la cm en second

 

certains chipsets (via en particulier) présentent nativement certaines faiblesses pour l'alimentation usb, c'est pourquoi je demande plus de détails sur sa config

 

sans ces renseignements supplémentaires, toute réponse n'est qu'une supposition

ma carte mere est une ASUS A8R-MVP, elle est neuve ( 6mois ), le probleme est né sudainement.

OS = WIndows XP SP2, derneire mise a jour ce matin.

En général, le chipset ALI utilisé par ATI ne présente pas de problèmes particuliers.

As tu réinstallé les drivers de ta CM? : ULi Chipset Driver version 1.0.5.2a, tu peux le trouver sur tous les drivers chez asus

Ta panne d'usb coincide t-elle avec une installation précise, ou a une interruption électrique (type orage, etc)?

 

Sinon, les tensions d'alimentation sont elles visibles dans ton bios?

J'ai installer aucun driver vu que tout marché bien.

Aucunes interuption éléctrique, les tensions d'alim sont bien visible et correspondent a celle de sandra.
